The shop that I go to is quite big so the only 3 people in at one time was ridiculous had to wait outside for to long.

I have shopped with Salon Services for many years and have always found staff very polite and helpful. They go out of their way to help and they are always fully stocked for all my needs. I have always had a great experience shopping there.

I have used Sallys in Bury St Edmunds for many years, and have always found all staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. Sometimes they don't have all i need but can often recommend an alternative, or get it ordered.

I was welcomed by Georgina who was very knowledgeable in different hair colour brands and helped me make the right choice for my client's hair.
She was very knowledgeable in waxing product and was able to recommend the right product for the task ahead. At the till there was a bit of a confusion with special offer items as the till did not make automatic update on the Wella offer, Georgina and two of her colleagues were extremely helpful and apologetic for the issue and were able to resolve the matter very efficiently. I absolutely love visiting the shop in Sydenham as every time the staff have been very professional and knowledgeable on their products. Many thanks to Georgina and all the lovely team at Sydenham

I have ordered about £1,500 worth of stock. Ordering was easy. Everything was in stock that we needed and delivery was quick. Brilliant service.

I understand that some stock is unavailable at the moment due to COVID-19 but I didn’t expect to be spoken to the way I did for simply asking if the staff member ‘Stacey’ knew when stock would be back in. I simply asked a question to be responded to in a rude, unhelpful manner accompanied by a snarl and a very uneasy eye role. I have never experienced anything other than kind, helpful, chatty and bubbly staff until my recent visit.

They were principle, interms of making sure the costumer falls within the industry before selling the products as well as registrating them to become a member or card holder to enable them purchase products.

I have used salon Services for over 30 years & always found the staff very helpful I must admit I was a little apprehensive about visiting in order to restock in these most uncertain times hand cleaning facilities were provided before you entered the premises which of course I made use of & wiped the handles of my basket too we can't be too careful I was greeted by the assistants & advised which way to progress the aisles were one way & probably only about 2 other customers in so social distancing was easy I paid for my goods & left the premises a very comfortable experience indeed
