I love my nail manicure desk It’s soooo gorgeous the shipping was $200 but it was better than having to go pick it up delivery and shipping time was excellent and communication with them was great ????

The experience was great I ordered the table and it came really fast the only thing I would recommend is including the instructions inside the packaging and to also change the curbside delivery these are very heavy items and to have to go through all those boxes in the street or on the sidewalk is crazy but staff was super friendly and helpful when placing the order even when I called for the assembly instructions they mailed them to me

I ordered a styling chair from them and we choose the option to pick it up because I only live about 45 minutes away from the warehouse. When we got there I really liked a couch that was in the showroom and I was able to add that to my order and take it home that day. They were friendly and I was out of there quickly. The furniture that I got is really sturdy and good quality. Really happy!

At the time of my order the pandemic had hit so the delivery was going to be delayed. Given that, this company kept me up to date on my order and I never felt left in the dark wondering. When the shipping day finally arrived, the delivery man was SUPER helpful and very experienced with the massive transfer truck. Will recommend SFW to anyone looking for excellent customer service and quality products. Very pleased with my purchase!!

The service was great. I was in a pinch and needed my furniture soon. They worked with me and I got my stuff as promised. They even called to see how everything was going the day of delivery. I like professional service so I will most definitely use them again

This was such a positive experience from ordering on lie, to delivery instructions to receiving items at the door. Every step of the way we were being notified of delivery, instructions etc. All items came without any flaws. All in all, a great company to deal with.

Items came on time! Wood is VERY STURDY. It was a little extra time consuming putting the items together since the instructions had no verbiage, only pictures. But we got it done, nonetheless. I love the station! It’s perfect. I will DEFINITELY BE ORDERING AGAIN!

The selection of products is immense. I doubt you'd leave the website without finding what you want. The quality of my manicure table is outstanding; the quality of customer service is even better. The shipping was an easy process and they do everything in their power to make sure you have every item you're supposed to have by letting you know what to expect, how many boxes your item will come with and what to do should you not have everything. I love my new table, it is made of quality products and it is absolutely gorgeous. I am glad I made my purchase from SFW because I don't think I would be as happy as I am now.

Everything I have ordered has excellent quality. I had 1 small issue and it was resolved fast and easy with absolutely no issues. Would highly recommend and will not order with anyone else but this company.

I was able to speak directly to a representative (Phat) who walked me through all of my questions about a month before I ever ordered. When I was ready to order they also let me know that they could retrofit the tables to my local requirements. I passed due to time constraints since my contractors were already going to do the retrofitting. It was a nice gesture. I had a custom order and with building my salon I needed a specific window for delivery. They took a deposit and detailed my shipping date for a month later when I needed them. Everything from the quote to shipping was done exactly as described. Items came in freight exactly as and when promised. Salon furniture reached out prior to delivery to make sure we knew all the details of receiving shipment. We didn’t have any damage or anything missing. They were also still available via phone for any other questions. 10/10 awesome service, great pricing, and product exactly as wanted.

Of course with any online purchase you may be skeptical. After reading all the reviews I felt comfortable enough to purchase my chair. The order and delivery was super easy. Received my chair faster than expected, and unpackaged it immediately with excitement. I was thrilled!!! I love love this chair! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

My salon caught fire and I had to replace everything. Great customer service, friendly helpful and very prompt. Was amazed at how quickly I received my equipment. I definitely recommend them. I order some items from another company at the same time and am not able to get them to return my call.

I will definitely shop with this company again! Was helpful with all my questions and instructions when my packages arrived! Love the fact that you talk to a person not a recording! And they stay in contact with you not only through email but with a phone call as well!! Great customer service!

The product I ordered was a shampoo bowl and chair and they look great, not very many instructions to help us put it together. And they didn’t give me much notice when they were delivering and I asked for a days notice..

The website was easy to navigate. It was hard to find the size of chair I was looking for but they had the xl chair and it's perfect. It looks nice and is comfortable and has plenty of space for all of my clients. Delivery was simple and quick. Great communication with company after order was placed.

Disappointed to hear they didnt have the legs for the table I ordered in stock, AFTER I had already placed the order. I was given the option to swap out for different legs, but I had already spent weeks deciding on those specifically, so I opted to stick with them. I had to pay an additional shipping charge, which they asked for my consent prior to giving me a shipping quote for them. Seemed a little unfair to pay close to $150 extra for something I had no control over, especially after spending nearly $8,000 already. Had there been an out of stock notification when I placed the order, I wouldnt have been upset.

I want to say customers service was beyond my expectations. I had called before they opened and someone returned my call immediately. They called me every step of the way, shipping is was quick, I placed the order on Monday by Friday I had my chair. The chair was in perfect condition and as described. Highly recommend

I am so impressed and in love with the furniture I have just received from Salon Furniture Warehouse. Their customer service is great, a real person is on the other end that is polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
