I bought a pair of shoes too large and I wanted refund and denied very poor

I was sent a wrong pair of shoe in the wrong style/size. I sent them an email regarding this and requesting a return label and still nothing! Had to send another follow up email and only then a few days did I receive the return label. Once they received my return, I was told the shoes I originally ordered was sold out and can only offer refund. Very unhappy with this company!
Not to mention I had to pay the shipping fees as well which is unfair as this is their mistake. I shop online all the time and this is unacceptable! Do not buy from this company!!
