I used them for my shipped Indian clothes. At the beginning they were good but now the last 2 orders i am not happy. I ordered a moth ago n I am still missing product, called their customer line they tell you to leave a message but no one calls back.

I have been its customer for the last 3 years-this is the only site that I trust online after being fooled by UTSAV and indiaemporium. The positives are-good communication, great coupon codes and the tailor tries to make blouses as best as he can with the designs submitted. I was especially surprised that they gave me extra 5 % discount when I mentioned to them that after I used their 30% coupon code, they came out with a 35 % coupon code. i wish they had wider varieties of selections. I have researched several sites and feel items are usually 100 usd more for same compared to other sites but with coupon codes, actual price comes out to be better.

I had ordered 6 pieces of Floor length salwar suits for one of our Dance performance,& We are extremely pleased with the overall experience of shopping with Sareez,We received our shipment before time,the items were exactly as described & same as in the picture,the overall quality of the dress is excellent,will definitely shop again from Sareez. My Order had four items (Sharees) to be delivered in one location in Los Angeles. Out of 4, 3 were delivered initially on time and one was not. I was notified as there will be delay and delivered on a later date. Finally it was delivered and the customer service called me and advised progress of the shipment accordingly. did not receive the saree that I ordered two months back. I am sending emails to customer support but they stopped responding now, they replied only once and said they don't have the fabric in store and they don't even know when it will be available...I asked them to refund the money but they are not responding. disappointed with the customer service.

I spent over $300 on shopping at Sareez in the last month. I've also recommended Sareez to my sister and cousins and they also made purchases. I like that Sareez has a large selection of dresses, sarees. Their prices are also great and they always have sales going on. I looked at other websites and Sareez always had the lower price on any particular dress that both sites had. Sareez always replies to emails within 24 hours. I selected standard sizes for stitching so the size was a little off. My dresses were delivered within a few days of shipping and I received a tracking number too. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service and will shop at Sareez again.

I ordered a pre-made item and also got one as a gift. Shipping was fast with both orders. Both were too small even though I ordered a size larger than what I wear. One had armholes that were tiny. I am not fat so it's not that I couldn't get my fat arms in them. One was made with really nice quality fabric. The other was tissue paper thin. It coudn't be worn as made. There had to be some sort of slip worn underneath, but with it being so tight, I couldn't possibly do that without looking like a sausage. When I contacted the chat to talk about it, I had to wait several minutes for someone to appear, then the customer service person was curt and rude. The third or fourth person I emailed sent me the address to send the item back. Shipping cost more than the items themselves. So, I am reselling on ebay to recoup some of the loss. I won't be doing business there again. (Fool me once, shame on you...) It's been a big disappointment. All this was a total waste of time and money. I was lured in by the pretty pictures and low price. Never again.

They have asked for 25 working days for shipment. Because I have plan to purchase more from your site. So if possible try to ship ASAP . Thanks

I ordered 3 lenghas for my daughter first week of July but didn't receive it until late august and early September. They took too long to ship and I am not happy with there service at all. Unprofessional people works there and half of the time do not know what they are talking about. I never got my free gift and they advise if I place another order they will give the free gift...thanks but no thanks I will never order from your website nor will I ever recommend your website to friends and families.

I ordered four outfits to the same set of custom measurements. One came in too small. When I asked to get it fixed, they told me I could ship it back at my own expense and they would "send it back with my future order." Wow. That's some nerve! Never again!
Which is too bad. Their prices are low, and the fabrics are often beautiful. Sometimes I get bad stitching or a loose button when it arrives, but before it was something I could fix.

My over all experience was ok i learn a few things however :order in advance if you plan on buying for an occasion because the timeline 7 day shipping is what my item was listed under i did not receive in 7 days but in 18 days. Ok so as for online live customer care chat be careful of your response they are there to promote the site my apologies for any offence taken in me saying this. My outfit well i am in the process of having it fixed because the item i ordered was a kameez with a skirt and instead i got a sleeveless kameez with a jacket also the jacket was suppose to be velvet i receive a raw silk apparently there was an error on the site on contacting Sareez about my issues with my outfit they have refunded me some of what i paid which i am contended with they also resolved the problem in a timely manner.
My advice is when purchasing if they are doing the stitching ensure you tell them in detail how you would like your item sewn when filling out your sewing details use the additional box at the bottom if you have to.
I may purchase in future because although there were some problems they were resolved and over all the working on the outfit is beautiful..

I had sent a few of emails asking about the delivery time before placing the order, they assured me that it would arrive in 7 days and it has not been delivered yet. They have yet to give me a specific delivery date. The screens for one item said I would be able to enter measurements after placing the order , but this want the case either. The whole order process was complicated and more time consuming than it should be .

I placed an order with sareez for 4 sherwanis and 4 pairs of mojris. Two of the sherwanis arrived and they were fine however the mojris were meant to be a UK size 10 but were obviously a lot smaller - more like an 8. After repeated phone calls and emails in which the customer service people (I used the term customer service very loosely) firstly couldn't understand the difference even though I showed them a picture comparing a standard size 10 mojri to their own mojri. They then took the complete piss in rectifying the problem. Finally they sorted the problem - BUT THE WORST WAS TO COME!!!!
I ordered a size 42 sherwani however when it arrived it looked really small and seemed different to the picture so I compared it to a different size 42 that I already had and there was a two inch difference. I couldn't compare it to the picture as they had taken down the original.
I sent them the pictures as proof and firstly they tried to claim that as they sorted out the mojri issue I shouldn't really be raising this as an issue and that there was no difference. When I called them up and asked them to explain their stance and why they were trying to link the two issues the imbecile customer service person stuttered their way through a prepared script and asked me to email the measurements team which I then did so.
By this point they were giving me the run around. I then received a picture of the original advertised sherwani and they have used a completely different fabric and tried to pass it off as the original - they tried to claim that it was lighting as though I am so stupid that I would not notice the difference in the fabric pattern - the original had a crisscross pattern and what I got were spots!
They then claimed that I was measuring the sherwani against a kurta hence the difference so I put the sherwani against a size 38 that THEY had made to show that the purported size 42 was smaller. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING - I was accused of making folds in the garment to make it appear smaller! By this point I was really pissed off because not only were they unprofessional but they were now trying to accuse me of something that was completely and utterly ridiculous. The so called folds were creases due to the way they packed the garment.
I then got my brother to put both on to show there was no difference and I sent pictures - they circled the bottom of the sherwani and his wrist to show the difference in size - the difference is in the chest you morons! Also the arm length was exactly the same.
Needless to say by this point I had had enough so I demanded a refund - and the ICING ON THE CAKE - we will give you store credit! Like I ever want to shop with you backwards illiterate scum of the earth scam artists ever again - get real. I told them to stuff the refund. I am not out of pocket and have a garment that is no use to me.
Words of advice - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I ordered 3 sarees for the first time with blouse and was very happy with the product and the blouse stitching recvd it on time as it stated . Great customer service . Will definitely recommend and be a regular shopper now .
