Habe Mitte Juli online bestellt und mit Paypal bezahlt. Keine Bestellbestätigung erhalten. Nach mehreren schriftlichen Nachfragen schrieb Saturn: "Übertragungsfehler", bitte noch einmal bestellen und bezahlen. Habe ich sofort gemacht. Seit 7 Wochen warte ich bis heute auf die mir zugesicherte Rückvergütung des Überweisungsbetrages aus der ersten, "fehlübertragenen" Bestellung. Auf meine Nachfragen nur allgemeine, hinhaltende Antworten von immer anderen "Kundenservice"-Mitarbeitern erhalten, von denen aber keiner Bescheid wusste. Dieser "Kundenservice" ist ein Skandal, der Inkompetenz und Methode vermuten lässt (s. a. Vorgänger-Bewertungen). Saturn war es in den vergangenen 7 Wochen nicht möglich, den Eingang einer nachgewiesenen Paypal (!) Zahlung, die nicht ausgeführte Lieferung und die Rücküberweisung auf das Zahlkonto Paypal (Kinderspiel!) auszuführen!
