I had the same experience as everyone else here and they have graciously offered that to remedy my complaint I can spend the $99 fee on their rubbish. I'm lodging a disputed transaction request with my bank. I didn't receive the "vegetable slicer" I paid for either. I was also sent the bogus screen shots when I complained.

I purchased S5 items for 60 AUD almost 4 weeks age but still have not received any item and when asked the website they asked my name and registered email address and after telling the they asked exactly what items did I buy? I am going to consumer courts here in South Australia if anyone wants to join me than email me at [email protected]

I ordered a "Wallet Ninja" for $4.94 off Scootprice and was automatically joined up as a so called "premium member". I was then charged unbeknownst to me a $99 joining fee and my credit card debited more than $30/ month membership. It took me almost a year to realise I was being charged this monthly fee and by this time I had had my credit card debited almost $350! These type of shonky scammers are the reason doing business online gets a bad reputation.

I am a victim also same thing bought something for 6.40 and charged another $99 to my credit card. Do not buy from this site the item I received was rubbish

I ordered an anti snoring chin strap that I had seen advertised on Facebook for around $100. Scoot Price had it as a special deal for 24 hours only at just $6.40. 'What could possibly go wrong at that price' I thought. Plenty!! A couple of days after the order my credit card was debited a further $101.97. They had tricked me into agreeing to be charged $99 per month for a 20% discount plus free insurance on my $6.40 purchase!! Never deal with these scammers.

I purchased an item for $6.40 agreed to T & C as you have to and now find that I am being charged $99 per quarter for premium service that I knew nothing about. There is no contact number for Customer Service and an email only gets me informed that I agreed so sad too bad.

I have disputed through my bank and advised ACCC

Returned my goods registered post as they were the wrong size - didn't really expect a refund however they have been taking money out of my account which was unauthorised - I am currently dealing with the bank to try and sort it out as scoot price are uncontactable -don't deal with them under any circumstances- SCAM

I have attempted to contact them 4 times so far...

Just rang my bank to let them know that a regular payment of $29.90 had been taken out over the last 3 months. Bank knew of this SCOOTPRICE.. I have now had my card cancelled and will have to redirect all of my direct debits... CREEEEEEEEEEPS...

I purchased a $6 pair of microfibre mop slippers, as a gag gift for Christmas, and then I had $99 debited from my account. Once it appeared on my bank statement I contacted Scoot Price, and only after calling them out on the tactics of having customers purchase items and in the fine print advise of the quarterly charge, did they offer me a refund, in Scoot Dollars! I would never use this website ever again and have now requested that they refund the money back to my account or I will be raising a complaint to the ACCC. To rub salt into the wound, I haven't even received my initial purchase yet! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. If only I checked this site out before hand!

Just noticed this morning this lot have been helping themselves to my credit card at $30 a month for the last four months. I logged on to their site and was able to cancel their ripoff so called premium crap. Do not go anywhere near this mob !!!

I have purchase sauna pants for $12.40 which i haven't received but took my money then took a further $99 without my permission, i have cancelled everything my account etc the wanted to give me scoot dollars which i no longer have, they keep giving me the run around, i just want my cash money back..

On facebook, I answered an ad through scootprice for a phone charger at $20.00 delivered, which I paid for, then got slugged for a $99.00 membership fee of which I knew nothing about. I contacted them and I was informed read the fine print, no money to be refunded. I contacted CHOICE MAGAZINE and through them I was informed a credit refund only NO MONEY, keep away from this mob. Scammers!

What a rip I can't believe they try tell you that you purchased a premium membership what do they think we are all stupid or illiterate OMG I have reported this to my bank let's see what happens now to the purchases I did authorise which was a Bluetooth watch and waist trainer also when their supposedly customer service representative got back to me [name removed] she addressed me by another name poor poor service they only contacted because I told them I had reported this to the ASIC and media sites I was fuming lmao
Seriously if this is how they do business they will never grow nor get business from me or anyone if i can help it anyone poor unsuspected Xmas shoppers looking for bargains and stocking fillers it's not worth it I would rather pay top dollar I am now only shopping from retailers Support your local retailers advocate now I am

and then they take extra for a membership i never agreed to
bank says i can't start dispute till money comes out as it's still pending

Purchased an $11 product only to be slapped with $86 extra with their deceiving sign up! They get you by not showing this in your total at the end of the purchase but slamming you with the extra later. :(

I purchased an items worth $7 and they have charged my bank after several days with $100+/-. Apparently the "terms" which you click when purchasing the cheap item is the terms and condition that you agree with the $99 membership which they will deduct into your bank account after several days. I have received the item with no problems but I couldn't accept that I have been tricked by this website. So I didn't stop sending them email asking for my money. The reply is very timely.

1st email - Told me about the "terms" I insisted I didn't authorise this membership fee taken from my account and that taking somebody else's money from the bank is against the law.
2nd email - Offered a scoot dollar - I refused, I insisted I didn't authorise this membership fee taken from my account and that taking somebody else's money from the bank is against the law.
3rd email - Rep said he will escalate to have my AUD back into my account.
4th email - Rep said higher up declined and automatically refunded me scoot dollars! REFUSED and I insisted I didn't authorise this membership fee taken from my account and that taking somebody else's money from the bank is against the law.
5th Email - no more answer

So I filed a dispute with my bank (online; with the email exchange details above). Consequently, cancelled my card. Today, BANK REFUNDED my money. So there, file a dispute with your bank against Scootprice because it is not fair that they make a living out of deceiving people.

Beware of scootprice I purchased an item 4 weeks ago it arrived today was to be 12.99 for a phone cover. Discovered that last night they sent me an email saying :
Hi New User,

Welcome to our exclusive Scoot Premium club, you now have access to the best of ScootPrice!

Being a Scoot Premium member, you can now enjoy an additional 20% discount on all offers available on ScootPrice. With these great benefits, we can surely say that you won't find such good offers anywhere else!

We don't stop here, we are also giving you a free insurance and an unlimited access to Premium members only offers.

You have an active Premium status which allows you to enjoy 20% additional discount (limited to $10 per offer) on all offers for unlimited number of purchases, free insurance and unlimited access to premium only offers. Your credit card has been charged AUD 99 today and your subscription will automatically renew Quarterly

I sent them an email and they responded saying :
We have cancelled your Scoot Premium membership and you will no longer get charged the quarterly fees associated with it.
Please note that effective 09/02/2016, you will no longer have access to the exclusive deals and discounts that our Scoot Premium members enjoy.

I have to wait for the transaction to go through my bank (currently pending) before i can dispute it through my bank.

I bought belly burner $7.60 first they cut this amount and then after a day they cut $99 without my permission. I send mail regarding my other payments but they are not replying. They won't given contact details so not happy with anything. I strongly believe that they miss guide the people and take theirs account details & miss use that.
