Great order, good quality. I would only suggest that the packaging and shipping of their screens be improved slightly. Thin 15.6" LCD for a notebook, and was not secured in the box, at all. Monitor was placed in a very thin shipping sleeve, not sealed or secured, screen had almost punctured one corner of the box because of the amount it was sliding around. Even sealing the sleeve it was placed in, and securing it with tape would probably prevent a lot of shipping issues.

I have requested the screen which is supposed to be a touch screen for my laptop. Unfortunately, the product in the website did not show whether it is a touch or regular screen. Ultimately, I have ordered the wrong screen. Moreover, I have discovered that the price ($107) is higher than the price in other markets by two folds.

Quickly found what I was looking for, site includes link to comprehensive video that I needed to install the replacement screen for a laptop that hasn't been sold in ten years. It took 10 minutes... Would give more stars if possible...

Website easy to navigate! Laptop screen ordered Wed PM from City arrived Fri AM to Rural. Easy to find the right screen, replace and had it back to our client within 3 days. Excellent Customer Service and our client was happy. Thank you!

Fast shipping. Great outreach from customer service when they reached out to resolve a billing address discrepancy. Did not shop around for pricing so can't speak to that. Had a similarly great customer service experience the first time I shopped here so returned.

I ordered a replacement laptop screen, however, when I received it, it was the wrong product (my error). On-line support made it an easy process to find and order the correct screen and then arrange for shipping and refund for the incorrect screen. Thx

Shipping was fast! Good prices! Ordered a laptop screen and received just few days later. Once I installed it I found out my laptop had other issues and sent the screen back for refund with no issues.

I appreciated how your website was able to ensure that I ordered the correct screens--I replaced the screens on 2 different Chromebook models, your website made it very easy to determine what screens I needed to order (which happened to be the exact same type of screen).

I had broken my moms laptop and had been stressing about getting a new screen for it. I couldn't figure out if it was a 30 pin or 40 pin. However, when I found this website I was able to type in the model of the laptop and they got me the exact one I needed. I'd definitely buy from them again

Glad to find factory quality screen. I read reviews for screens slightly cheaper from different companies, but everyone was saying they were very dull in color and had a white haze. This is not the case with the screen I purchased here. You would never be able to tell the screen was replaced. It looks great.

I spent the extra money to get a PC part shipped next day. They spend 2 days trying to "confirm that its really me buying the part" then when they finally relent and say ok we have enough proof its you. The accounting people won't be in for another 4 hours. I better be getting my PC part tomorrow and a refund on the 1 day shipping. Waste of time and effort of a company.

Okay site (would prefer less javascript), great customer support (online chat guy was helpful), quick delivery, nice screen quality (though the protector didn't completely save the screen from scratching, there were two tiny scratches that are clearly visible after a matte screen protector application), $20 refund for filming the screen replacement process. The price could be a bit lower, but it's okay as well.

The service is fantastic. Bought the screen for my customer, but the screen is cracked after I installed on customer's laptop. They shipped me another new one on the next day after I asked their service for a replacement, and I received the shipment on the next day. I am so glad that my customer didn't wait too long time. I will definitely suggest their products and services.

youre screen is amazing i had no problem installing it at all it was wounder full and stuff easy to install :DD iam only 21 one and Yeah :DD its my hobby to fix computers you guys are amazing at serves and you reply swiftly i love it :D

I got two screens from Amazon and both of them arrived cracked as they shipped only through USPS

ScreenCountry gives the option of USPS or FedEx, and my screen didn't arrive cracked because I chose FedEx
