Ordered hand cream paid 5.00 for next day delivery which i thought was a bit high but needed the item to be sent to my son asap. Took 3 days to get there complained to customer services where is my order all i got oh it got caught up in the easter holiday backup thats not my problem i paid 5.00 for next day delivery and thats what i expect to happen thats why i paid 5.00. This isnt good enough screwfix.

Thanks for staying open, I order on line and by the time I drive over to the store (5 mins) the stock is ready. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great to have had you move into Warminster!

Canceled a purchase and ask for refund.i took near 3 weeks to get the money back from PayPal They keep saying they cancelled the purchase and wait for your refund but they didn’t at the first place

Our builder ordered an Aqualux shower enclosure whilst fitting our new bathroom, delivery was due Wednesday 23/10/19. Driver arrived with only box 2 of 2, 1st box was not on the van, was checked by the driver and our builder and not there. Took 24hrs for them to find out where it was and was told that it had been damaged on the van (obvious lie as it was not there in the first place). Replacement sent out but on a 2 day service which under the circumstances should have been sent overnight, we will now receive it Monday 28/10/19, 5 days later than it should have been. Screwfix customer service apologised but did not want to take any responsibility and the blame is on their supplier, this does not help us or my elderly mother who lives with us. Frustrated and appalled!

Hi all I order the brushed stainless steel I pick it up Friday and electric turn up Saturday to fit the light and infor me it had rush on the light order it from birkenhead shop the manager today Monday 23/3/20 was out of order with me I will not us this birkenhead shop for long time I hope the manager is sack to

General manager and some staff where very knowledgeable and super duper helpful. I have very little knowledge about house renovation, but I found all answers in a shop. One staff member helped me out with plumbing issues I had and that safe me a lot of money. General manager was fantastic too. Very professional, knowledgeable, perfect costume service, also very patient with me, answer all my question and I got exactly what I want it fir a good price. I’m going to be your costumer for ever. Thank you for you letter, unfortunately I do not have dates and times, and all the situations were did on a one on one. I can only promise faithfully of the incidents I was a victim to. 1, On a five hour shift I went and asked the manager for a 10 minute break, to be responded with its not your obligation and I am not obliged to give you a break. Even though on a five hour shift it is law. 2, As explained my dad passed away, my mum text me to say the chimney had caught fire. And she was panicalling. When I asked to leave the manager laughed at me sicastically. 3, I was told because I could not prenounce names, I could only say numbers when announcing a pick. Customers would ask me why don't you say name's, to which I had to reply I been told I can't. 4, I was one of a few who actually did electofix sign ups, the manager told me I mustn't do any more unless I can guarantee they spend money.Because my last four sign ups were rubbish. 5, While bringing down coffee for the team, I was told not to bother to do it again unless I can keep it all in the cups. 6, I went to the loo, I couldn't go because the cleaner was in there, I left the till for less than two minutes.It was still attended. The manager within those two minutes came into the loo to look for me. To tell me to do picks. 7, I cared about takings, I once accepted in TC next day, which I was given the sentence, you not allowed to do that. Only I am allowed to accept in the parcels. 8, I was blamed for messing up the Wearhouse, he claimed it was done of my gun. Well the guns get mixed up. He also said he would talk to all staff, I was singled out wrongly for this. Also I asked all other staff, he never mentioned it to anyone. 9, I was told not to joke with customers. 10, while starting at 6 I went round to the manager 5 times to ask for a break, finally at 11.15 he said I could go. Five and a quter hours into my shift. I was feeling faint, and had to say please I need a break. There is many more incidents I was singled out for. On the 21st I was called in the office, the manager took out all my abstances since 2016 and said my attendance wasn't good enough. Even though he isn't a qualified doctor he was abment that slot of it was side affects from my anxiety. He also claimed there was no justified reason in not coming to work. In 2016 I lost my best friend, my gran and my dad had a stroke. Which isn't a justified reason not to come to work. This is from a manager who puts himself down to work between 8_4 and doesn't turn up leaving us short staffed. A guy who goes out in work hours to get a tyre fixed. My dad died this year. For the record I had to clean out his throat daily as he would choke. I also had to hold his hand during most nights. Because of the two years of stress I have been put on 50g of sertraline, 40g of propanol, and 4g of dizapam. He also stated I hated my job, which was a fake statement, I love working there until the last 6 months when I was singled out. I was also accused of writing negative things about him. The Manager in my opinion had real issues with me, he singled me out as an idiot. I know it's my word against his, but I can only promise faithfully these are things I was put through, or whitnessed. I wish these issues are talked about, and people are not intimidated by him as so many seem to be. Do with this info as you wish, but here are why I gave in my notice. I actually really liked working there, but when you are a receiver of such negatively how can you work like that. For me it made my work environment intorible. The Manager Chris for me made my work life negative and unnerving. I leave Screwfix with a broken heart, and in question of its morals. I will be telling the jobcentre, of my experiences indeed and the shop Union usdw.

I'm not 100% sure if this is Screwfix fault but they choose who their courier is and the one they have chosen is an absoulte joke. What usually take 3 days to get to me has now taken well over 2 weeks. I have rang 4 times 1st - It was my fault for not providing a eir code when I wasn't given an option to add one - it will be with you today -LIES 2nd - The driver covering my delivery was taking over another drivers because the original one was out that day- it will be with your today - LIES 3rd - the driver is unsure of your area - it will be with you today -LIES 4th - We don't know why it isnt with you - STILL NO DELIVERY I wouldn't mind if they told the truth the first time but this is getting ridiculous

Ordered radiators expecting them to impose extra carges (or even cancel ) due to my location, but all went well, items arrived over 3 days with no problems at all.

Order No A2781007852 I ordered 2 radiators on line plus 2 new valves no problem delivery friday, excellent. I booked my plumber for Saturday brilliant. Got an e mail saying they would text me at 7am on the friday to let me know the slot, they never did, so I rang at 8.45 abd spoke to a very nice who told me everything was ok one radiator would be delivered by parcel force and one from the supplier. Parcel force delivered fine had a tracking number from the courier not recognised so at 10.15 I phone screwfix again during the next 7 hours I phoned numerous times I finally got through to the manufactures and delivery team direct just to get the item on Monday (hopefully) so far it will cost me £150 for a cancelled plumber as he has lost work, and god knows what my stress levels are. I will never buy from screwfix again as I have never experienced customer service like this in my life absolutely disgusting and the nice young lady that told me I shouldnt book a plumber until the radiator has arrived has obviously never had to book a good plumber. That comment was just about the final straw for me. If you are thinking about buying on line from screfix think long and hard.

Had a Mira shower sprint 8.5 for 6 months went faulty went back to the Exeter marsh Barton store on 14/3/19 at night time 1 young girl and 1 young lad served me they said they had not got any in stock and they were not in stock in any of the branches so could not change it they suggested a another make I took but was not happy when I got back home I checked the screw fix website I noticed 4 in stock mashbarton 5 in stock Sowton Industrial Estate 7 in stock Newton abbot. So they were lieing they were very bad for customer service. Went back next morning the assistant manager was fantastic sorted it all out for me thank you Dennis

Last Friday 8th May I took delivery of an Erbauer mitre saw from Screwfix. On unpacking and checking the saw, I was horrified to discover some serious damage on the saw itself. The blade was bent, yes bent, and dangerous to use, the plastic insert on the left of the blade had gouges out of it, paint was chipped at a no of places on the saw, the rear carry handle was loose and not affixed properly, a bag which should, I believe, have been over the saw was loose in the box, the power cable was stuffed into another bag and had a knot tied on it. This is a disgraceful way to send any item to a customer. I have contacted Screwfix on two different occasions and as yet I have had no reply. I understand this is a difficult time but there were no issues selling and shipping so why is customer services so bad?
