I love scribbler, I love the cards and always manage to find more than one for every occasion so stock up and have a supply to hand. Service is great and they always arrive on time

I received the order today (April, 16th) and it was supposed to arrive on March, 30th! More than two weeks of delay.
On the website it was NOT mentioned that the card had its back completely printed with the “Scribbler going green” policy. I wouldn’t have purchased the card I’d I had know so.
Totally disappointed and unsatisfied - I won’t purchase anytime soon on Scribbler.com.

We were a little disappointed that the card ordered 7 April & despatched 8th didn’t arrive until 15 April, however these are difficult times so am also grateful i was able to order as other online card companies wouldn’t accept orders at all

Says Item was dispatched last Wednesday, still not arrived, it’s now Wednesday a week later, and Birthday has been missed. Other cards from other companies arrived on time and were ordered the same day. Not sure what happened.

Ordered on a Tuesday for birthdays on Sunday and Monday, cards did not arrive until Tuesday one week after I purchased them. Pointless

Ordered cards on 7th April. Had dispatch notification on 8th April. Your emails say you'll as good as walk over hot coals for me. Today is 15th April and cards still haven't arrived at destinations already missing my nephews birthday (13th) and my sons birthday (14th). Hmmmpf. In fact this review prompt has arrived before the cards!

I still have not received the cards I paid for and now the birthday is over. And the payment process was terrible as I ordered 4 cards and had to input my address 4 times there was no option for just sending all 4 to one address and postage was charged separately for each. So, now I have paid in full for cards and not received them. Terrible service, from a shop I usually love to go in to.

This is the second time now where I’ve ordered cards and they’ve been delivered a week after the dispatch date, I understand there’s strain on services at the moment but it’s frustrating paying first class delivery and selecting a dispatch date if it doesn’t arrive on time anyway and makes me look like I’ve forgot and posted late. I also ordered some clothing coincidentally on the dispatch date which was sent with free standard delivery (3-5 working days) which I even received before the cards were delivered.

Most other online card compsnies are very busy due to Covid19 and thus have at least a 5 working day turnaround. Not so with Scribbler, it was sent immediately and arrived well in time. Thank you very much.

I have not received any of my items yet (2 cards) I realise there are delays at the moment but subsequently missed my mums birthday and hoping to receive the next in time for my daughters birthday. Ordered well in advance.
