The right stick was loose since the day I got the controller back since I wanted to test if there was no stick drift, making sure they did their job. They sure did make a solid new controller except for the fact that pushing the right stick to the left is much easier and there is nothing stopping the stick whereas pushing it to the right requires some force because the stick is in place from that side at least. Fast forward to late January, I started noticing slight stick drift and hoped it wouldn't go past that. Every day after that, it got worse and worse. As I am writing this review, the stick drift is in its worst state yet (even worse than the previous controller) and I cannot do any micro adjustments whilst aiming because the drift kicks in and snaps off to the left of the target. Whatever people say fixes the controller WITHOUT having to take the controller apart and resolder the right stick with a new part, it's a lie.
The durability of this controller is an absolute joke and the fact that I've had the same issue with both of the controllers, triggered in the exact same way is ridiculous. Cleaning the controller worked last week, now it's pointless to do so. Aesthetically, the best looking controller but my goodness does the thing lack any durability! After a month and a half of use while only playing on the weekends and sometimes on weekdays shows the durability of the Infinity 4PS.
In summary, don't buy - you're (almost literally) a million times better off buying Kontrol Freeks and a Strike Pack for a little less than half the price of a Scuf controller.

Out of the box the controller was a failure. The magnets that hold the D-Pad on fell off and I had to re glue to make it operational. The bluetooth would not work at all. The mapping of the keys had to be relearned after every shut down. If I set the hair triggers the front buttons no longer worked. It was a mess. Company refused a return stating their 14 day return policy. 14 days, 14 days is all they back this with. I could send it in for repairs they stated. Well I was gearing up to do that when the company, after severe backlash online, decided to address the issues and claimed they had a fix. So I waited for the fix which was a firmware update only available via Win10. After installing the "fix" I had four blissful hours of the controller working perfectly. Then right stick drift. I tried the online trick, no luck.
I contacted the company via chat and the "supervisor" said since I had the controller for 2 months why was I complaining that 2 months was more than enough time to need a repair. I explained the controller never really worked well and pointed out they promised they would make it right on facebook and twitter. I asked if I could downgrade to the impact, or take a partial refund. No none of these were options and she even told me I was going to have to pay for the repair. I told her no. She reluctantly sent out a repair form. I sent the whole unit back, extras and all and waited. And waited. At day 30 after hearing nothing from the company I got my credit card involved. I explained and sent ALL documentation. I asked my credit card company to refund me because now I'm out the money and the product. At day 48 I got a notice from UPS, not Scuf, never Scuf, that the controller had shipped. Ground. Not two day or overnight after having me wait for 48 days, ground. I'm not sure if this is in response to my credit card company or what. The controller is not here yet so unsure if it's actually been repaired, or if it will just break again.
Steps I have taken. I contacted my attorney generals office. I wrote the BBB. I made my CC company aware. I have contacted a lawyer to see about a class action suit. $220 down the drain, a faulty product, a scam company.

Ordered infinity pro for ps4 ok Christmas of 2017 when I got the controller about a week later it had multiple malfunctions including trigger stopper buttons popping out randomly, the R2 trigger completely didn’t work, and the trigger hairs that I payed extra for didn’t work on the R2 trigger, the right scuff paddle didn’t work at all. On top of all this the controller purchase does not include a charging cord as you would expect any controller that cost 150+$ to have. This leads me to filling out the repair return form for the newly opened controller that I’ve had less than 24 hrs. I ship out the controller and wait over 4 weeks before hearing anything besides an email that they received the controller. I called on February 22 to obtain the information that my controller is being shipped back out to me. Considering I’ve not gotten to use the controller and it’s end of February And the order was placed before January I would say this is ridiculous. On top of all this every time I have called Custmomer support they where short, rude and reluctant to helping me with my issues that I should not be dealing with in the first place because of there faulty product.

UPDATE: Got controller and it didn't even work properly! None of the buttons worked at all! Please also read bbb reviews on this company before buying! Lots of unhappy customers.

For the price I think next time I'll stick to a store bought controller or try a different brand with paddles.
Upon arrival there were no paddles or battery cover that they clip into. Waited for them then found out the head phone jack wasnt positioned right so I couldnt use my turtle beach's. Sent it in to be fixed and I was put at the back of the line it seemed like. Didnt actually get to use my controller until 2 months after purchase.
Scuf lacks in quality/customer service and is a waste of money.....never again.

Both controller paddles become unresponsive within 6 months of using them. I sent both back in for repair (that was another cool 60 dollars per controller) and both promptly had the exact same issue, unresponsive paddles, within 6 months of getting them back. That is 4 separate occasions where the exact same thing happened.
You cannot open the casing for self repair / cleaning because there is a security screw present. This is essentially a recurring annuity for them. They don't stand behind their product. You are also responsible for shipping and "labor." ie them using their proprietary screw driver to open the controller, use an air duster, maybe some solvent and close it back up in five minutes.
Don't be like me and waste your money and time with these controllers.

They they told me my joypad was out of warranty , I did politely tell them that it was not damaged and under Sales of goods act it is still under warranty , they are sending my joypad back to me with no repairs and I will be taking matters further, I havto send my joypad to a third party for inspection to make sure the damage was not caused by myself and then send them the report with a copy of the sales of good act demanding the repairs to be fixed and a bill for the joypad to be inspected. £180 for this joypad to break in under 8 months and want to charge me £65 to repair it when a standard controller is cheaper to buy and lasts longer.
I would never recommend scuf to anyone
