One of the top companies that I have purchased merchandise through that is 100% consistent in every aspect of their operation - they are dishonorable and provide garbage product and zero warranty coverage. We purchased 2 chairs that, though rarely used, had broken mechanisms and parts that could not be replaced. When I inquired about the warranty coverage, listed as "12 years", I was immediately refused replacement. Good luck even trying to get a "live" person on the phone. Save your cash and inevitable frustration with Seatingmind, buy a new chair. Your spine and wallet will thank you later!

I ordered a Steelcase Leap V2 chair and what they delivered was worst than crap. Wrong color, wrong base, and defects on the chair material. I requested an RMA. They received the chair and till this day my credit card has not been credited with my refund. This has been going on since July. They show me paper that states a refund was initiated, but my credit card company states and provided me paperwork and a statement that the deposit does not exist. I have contacted them over 4-5 times and with no care from them. I am working with the State Attorneys office here to resolve this with their State Attorney since Florida takes it very seriously when companies attempt to defraud their senior citizens and veterans. Do not buy from them. I wish we could have resolved this, but they do not care. Will be submitting complaints to the BBB.

I ordered a chair for $489.00 on 4/30/2020 time went by no sign of the chair arriving so I waited a bit as I got an email telling me to be patient with the Covid-19 event. I sent an email asking for a refund and was told yes but wait up to 7 days for the refund well that came and went with no refund so I put my purchase in dispute. I tired to call and was told to send an email. After I placed this order read recent reviews and I'm not alone and feel this is a scam. I know the product well and worked for the Sheriffs Office in which we have those types of office chairs. I just want a refund so I can buy from a reputable source thanks

"In Stock" item wasn't. A partial shipment took weeks after it was promised. What showed up was in pieces with no documentation and this was after I filed a paypal complaint. Headrest did not ship, promised for 2 weeks later via email, they then stopped responding to any communications. They never did answer their phone despite 10 or 12 calls. No headrest, no communications. I received a usable decent condition Aeron chair missing promised pieces at a fair price, that is about the best I can say. The hassle was not worth the savings. Avoid them unless you are willing to put up with a lot of uncertainty and gamble on what you get to save a few bucks. My thought is the warranty may not be worth much as they would need to communicate with you to honor it. Replacement Headrest will cost me a $150, so not much of a good deal. I will not do business with them again.

I've been using a Leap v2 at work for the last 2 years so decided to buy one from here to use at home too. I was really excited to be able to enjoy the same comfort at home as at work, so I was very disappointed when the chair finally arrived and felt very different. The arm rests of this one are puffy and fill with air (they have holes on the bottom that keep gushing air in and out), the chair squeaks when I recline it, and some parts of the seat frame were damaged and scratched me while setting up the chair. Additionally the chair's gas cylinder doesn't have a Steelcase provided tip, and the headrest I received was the wrong headrest - instead of a fabric headrest for this chair (leap v2) I received a leather headrest that doesn't properly fit the chair, is flimsy, and doesn't provide any support - it remains loose and doesn't stay in place when I rest my head on it. I'm incredibly disappointed at what seems to either be a knockoff, or an original chair refurbished using the wrong parts - the differences are especially stark to me since I can compare this to the legitimate Steelcase Leap v2 I have been using for 2 years. To further add insult to injury, I emailed Seatingmind's customer support twice over a week long period but still haven't heard back from them.

I posted a similar review on Trustpilot. Please look there for a radically different set of reviews. This review engine pinged me immediately after my order was placed, which is why you will see mostly reviews about the site navigation etc, not the customer service or product quality. I used this company on advice of a friend who had a good experience. My experience has been mediocre, and I would not recommend. The Aeron I received is the old model (which is called the "Classic" on the Herman Miller site), which was unclear. It means my chair is pre-2016, which is not what I wanted. The redesign changed the controls and the posturefit mechanism among other things. Unlike my friend's, my chair seems heavily used and I needed to take apart and tighten various bolts to stop rattles and other issues. I ordered the soft casters and they came separately in a box. It also has a strong odor which I cannot seem to clean off. I am considering returning the item despite the restocking fee. My order took 21 days from order to delivery. I had two customer service interactions in between which were within the company's stated norms, but not particularly helpful. The chair arrived in a thin, broken cardboard box, with a single sheet of bubble wrap covering the upper seat cushion. I'm amazed that it survived. No instructions or manuals were included.

I have no idea if this is a good shopping experience- I haven't dealt with you at all. Feedback is important, but worthless at the wrong point in the process. Ask again when I've received my item.

I had ordered a chair and had emailed the Customer Service to cancel the order since there isnt an option online. I still haven't been given a response. My order still says pending and nothing has changed. Please cancel my order.

You have to be the worst ecom channel I have ever experienced. I placed my order, I get an email to evaluate your web site and a confirmation that you've taken my money. Three weeks later, no product, no updates, nothing. I will never buy anything from you again and I will cancel my order If it doesn't show up soon.

Very straight forward. Would like to see more information about chair condition, however, since it's a refurbished item. Otherwise, I'm very excited for a more comfortable chair considering my new WFH situation.

I never received my order... I know we're in a pandemic, but I run a business too -- if you're overloaded with getting orders out the door, that's when you hire help and outsource to get it done! I've already purchased a similar chair from a competitor for MORE MONEY on FRIDAY, and it will be arriving TUESDAY. Expect me to be very annoying in getting my money back.

Ordered and paid April 25th should have shipped in a few days and everything was copacetic, no disclaimers about delays due to Covid19. Wait for item to arrive, nothing. Contacted them 12 days later and go figure, the excuses and blame of Covid19, blah, blah, blah, "we're so sorry the item will ship in the next 5-7 days and we will notify you if there are any further delays". Well, guess what? I forget, another 28 days goes by and still nothing, no contact, no product, no follow-up. Well, customer service clearly is lacking. You know, if you want to blame Covid19 that's fine. Communicate with your customers proactively, not re-actively. And when all else fails and you screw up, offer them something for wasting their time waiting when they could have purchased elsewhere, it isn't rocket science people...

Ordered April 28, Money taken immediately, not a word or update of any kind for over 4 weeks. Contacted customer support by phone got no response. Contacted customer support through PayPal got an immediate response and a promise for a refund. Now have waited 11days, 7 business days and no refund. I will make sure everyone knows not to do business with this company. And we are going to start fraud proceedings through PayPal.

I both called and email customer support and did not get a return call or email. I suggest you return calls and emails. The chair appears to be used. There are stains on the fabric. The seat back fabric is coming away from the plastic. There are 2 plastic pieces that were loose in the box and I do not see where it goes. The bottom of the chair bottom is separating from the rest of the chair.

I ordered nearly a month ago, order hasn't arrived, haven't been able to login to the website, haven't heard anything about an estimated delivery date, on the verge of having my credit card company stop/retrieve payment on the order. Your website seems to be completely broken.

The chair arrived faster than anticipated. I did kind of expect the wheels I ordered to come on the chair already, but it wasn't hard to swap them out. Thanks for the help getting me a chair I wouldn't have afforded brand new!

I have sent 2 emails to check on my order. I have received 2 responses that seem to be coming from an automated system. Both with incorrect information in regards to shipping speed. The discounted price is not worth the hassle. The phone number listed on your website is not manned. I would say that I am receiving poor customer service which would indicate that I did receive customer service which I have not. At this point I would never buy from you guys again nor would I recommend that anyone else buy from you.

My Herman Miller chair took about a month to arrive due to COVID (which was disappointing) but it's in great shape, was fully cleaned and reconditioned, and the price can't be beat! Customer service promptly answered my question when I contacted them via email. Would do business here again.

There was a delay on shipping when I ordered the chair due to Covid, but completely understandable. When I received the chair there was a hole in the upholstery and the quality of the upholstery that was done was poor. I contacted customer service immediately and they were prompt to let me know they would escalate my issue and provide resolve. It's been 3 weeks since I have heard anything and have sent 4 follow up emails with no response. I have not used the chair as I am waiting to hear if I need to ship back. There is a 30 day return policy and I am running up against the 30 days. The fine print also states if you return the chair you have to be shipping and a restocking fee. Customer service and overall quality of the chair has left a sour taste from ever recommending or doing business with Seating.com.
