I bought one of there radio head unit and the ac did not work. I told them my problem and they did not want to do any thing about it. They didn't want to take the item and repair it nor did they want to do a refund. My ac still do not work and they are not trying to fix the problem. They will give you half broke item and don't even care about the effect. Don't buy

avant de commander j'ai demander si l'article etait compatible ils m'ont dit oui ,j'ai commander l'article 214 euros et ensuite un mail l'article n'est pas compatible ,je leur est demander le remboursement ils m'ont user pendant 1 semaine pour me vendre un article compatible a la place 80 euros ,je leurs est demander le remboursement de la difference ,ils m'ont dit ok dans 2 jours cela pendant 10 jours ,j'ai deposer un litige paypal la ils m'ont dit enlever le litige et ont vous rembourse, j'ai refuser sur les conseils de paypal .ils ont envoyer le colis et toujours pas de remboursement de la difference paypal leurs a demander de rembourser ,et la ils ont decider qu'il fallait que je leur renvoye l'article car il ne rembourserait pas la difference!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!tenez vous loin de ce vendeur

I bought a car radio from Seicane and it came with ZERO installation instructions. I went back and forth with them on email, but they seemed to be trying to wear down the clock on the refund policy. I did research and, since I'm an electrical engineer, figured it out. They stated that the product was "plug and play" for my car, but it was not. It required cutting and soldering. What's worse is that they would not answer any questions directly. After I got the unit on, it had a horrible cracking and popping sound, with low volume. Instead of honoring their defective item policy, they told me they would give me $50 to have a radio shop "fix it".

Outrageous! I demanded a full refund, but they keep insisting they want me to try different things to demonstrate it's actually "defective". This is really just a tactic to wear down your ability to open a complaint with your credit card company and/or PayPal.

I had to file a chargeback as well as a case with the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center).

I purchased a single A/C unit for my 2005 Honda Accord. It arrived fairly quickly, and had it installed the following day. Right away, the A/C does not turn on, and the rear defroster does not work.

I contacted customer service almost immediately to report the defect, and went back and forth almost daily until they decided to mail me a new A/C circuit board. Had the new A/C circuit board professionally installed...same problem.

I've demanded this company honor their warranty to return / replace the unit...they refuse to do it. They've offered to refund me $100 to keep it, knowing it is defective. I want a working unit, not a defective one.

I don't know about you, but I like having A/C in my car during the summer.

When they replied "Sorry that is troublesome", I called my credit card company and disputed the transaction. I have everything documented and recorded!

It is unusually suspicious they don't want the unit back, and to make matters worse I'm not the only one who has had trouble with the A/C control on the Honda Accord units, meaning they know about it and continue to sell them.

Keep this story in mind before you purchase so you don't end up like I do.

All was fine until i started using the device (32gb /2gb) android 8.0 (fake is android 6 but who cares)
as soon as i started playing music i hear a AM radio station playin in the background. and no way of tuning that off.
also volume doesnt affect the radio at all ramains at a medium default audio setting but is always there.

Support promised 2 times they will send a link for new firmware but never received anything.
also contated their main website and all they say contact the seller (in aliexpress in my case) absolutely useless now have a useless head unit. (unless you like a bad AM pinoy sports channel that is :-)

ps, did find newer roms and MCU but at no avail didnt solve the problem ,
in other words hope yours works. if it doesn't your totally screwed

The unit came with a defective Bluetooth from day one. The only fix offered by the NO-customer service (copy of their response):
From [email protected]: "We can send you new bluetooth module. If you really want to completely repairment, you can send back to us."

In other words, the only way to fix or replace an out of the box defective unit is to pay to ship a big box from NY to China and back from China to NY. They know that it will cost a regular consumer more to ship it than to buy new one and therefor makes their "fake warranty" worthless. I call it fake because it is not a warranty when it will be cheaper to buy another unit than to ship the defective one to fix it under "warranty".

The unit had other quality issues like screen going dark and requiring a reboot every few days. But the worst part is their No-customer service, I take the time to put together thoughtful email with the details, photos and videos of the issue. Then I get few words (1 or 2 sentences) meaningless responses. it felt like I was emailing with a child. After reading the reviews here, i finally realized that they had no intention to help me or resolve the issue, they deal with many of these cases and they just drag the conversation till customer gives up.

Example responses (the entire email response), this could have been in one email but instead I get 1 sentence response every few days over period of weeks, pulling teeth would have been easier than dealing with them:
email 1: "Method 1: Pls change the bluetooth name and password, 2.Use the phone t connect the unit"
email 2: "You use it for a few more days to see if it still have this problem."
email 3: "Well it is a part in the mainboard."
email 4:"It is need to soldered on the main board."
email 5:"OMG it is not a gig deal.i don't know why you are so aggressive.I will give you more details but I think you need the professional to change the bluetooth module since you don't know it."
email 6:"This is the bluetooth module. "
email 7:"1. we send you bluetooth module it is easy to solder into the unit, you can ask for local installer.
2. you want to return back to repaire, we also agree with your request due to the radio has one year warranty, but usually it takes alomost one month and shipping cost is paid by customer.
Hope you could understand, this order has passed for one year we are not going to refund, that is one big loss for us, hope you could understand."
email 8:"We can send you new bluetooth module. If you really want to completely repairment, you can send back to us."

I purchased a radio for a 03 Honda Accord in which the ac controls did not work. It then took a month of daily back and forth email with Seicane for them to send me a new ac board. The new ac board took another month to arrive to only not work as well. Then back and forth on one a day emails with Seicane to only get to a point where want me to pay for sending the broken radio back to them. Absurd!

Bought my radio for my 17 WRX in November. I was told it is 100% plug and play. This turned out not to be the case. They want me to splice into my cars wire harness ontop of the radio sometimes not turning on and freezing. They will not pay for a return label and told me that it was on myself.

I bought a seicane headunit for my 2014 fj cruiser. I know I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews on here but I said fck it and went in $450 after shipping and taxes. And oh boy was that an amazing decision. The unit is amazing. It looks stock and everyone loves it. I can play games watch YouTube or netflix and so much more. The only reason it would get a 4/5 is there is (understandably) a lot of left over wires which I assume are for connecting other accessories you might have picked up along the way. The only problem with all those connectors is they’re plentiful and they slightly make a clutter, but you don’t see that once it’s installed. Overall I am very happy I took the chance on this company. It works so well and it puts a smile on my face every time I turn the car on. The cool part is also there’s an amplifier app where you can adjust the sound way more in-depth than the normal bass-treble-mid settings on a normal headunit. Also as a side note, the Apple CarPlay component works amazingly and I’m am very happy with this purchase. My theory of all these negative reviews are either user error or the buyer buying the cheaper model which has less power and capabilities making it more vulnerable to failure. I installed this on my own taking only a couple hours. 10000% worth it. I hope this helps on your road to purchasing a new headunit.

3 months before my 1 year warranty expired, I started to experiance a dramatic slow down with my unit. I did a factory reset and then noticed that i only had 8 gb of system space (used to be 16ish) I downloaded a partition app to investigate and discovered that half my memory on my unit had been partitioned away. As I investigated further, I found that the memory controller disabled about half of the space on the memory chip (due to being corrupted). I had never used more than 9gb of space on the unit so it surprised me that half of the space would just go bad. I contacted them and they where no help, after I sent them the 15th email, I gave up. They would constantly say that I had too many apps installed or that I downloaded too many things. This was a fresh factory reset device with only their apps installed and it showed that I had 3.5gb of free space. The day that I am writing this, my memory finally completely died. It started booting and then crashed. I am now 3 months outside the warranty. I have dealt with shady companies in the past, this is the worst....

I purchased a 10.25" screen head unit for 2010 Audi for $650. The screen came fried and never turned on. After countless emails back and forth with "customer service technicians" they finally agreed it was a faulty product. It was then several weeks of back and forth to convince Seicane to offer me a refund. To get my refund, I had to mail the screen back to China at a cost of over $100 that they refused to pay. From the time I determined the product was faulty until I received my refund was over 3 months and I had to get Paypal involved in order to collect. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

The product arrived faulty the bluetooth,obd sensor and maps didnt work so i spent 2 months emailing them back and forth with them offreing no real fix and not responding to questions about their return policy so i shipped it back to the address they sent it from only then did they say that was not their address started a dispute with pay pal who eventually denied my claim even though i had proof of delievery proof that it went back to the address it ship from all because the shipper denied that was his address. The product is garbage and their customer service is worse. This company is a scam

I ordered a radio from Seicane.com and paid $53 for 3-5 day expedited shipping. It has now been 20 days and nothing! They continue to give me the run around and they are outright lying saying the product has shipped but when I contacted DHL they told me that it has not been shipped and only a shipping label has been created. I would avoid doing any business with seicane.com at all cost. put a few more dollars into your purchase and go somewhere else. The product may look good on there website but you may never see your purchase actually make it to your home.

I have had this in my car for almost a month now and it works flawlessly. All functions work as stated in the description. The unit comes on before my radar detector finishes it's initial testing, which is around 2 seconds. It almost seems instant, I was very impressed. I bought the suggested backup camera that installs around the license plate and it works great as well. So far everything works great. The only thing that I have noticed is when nothing is playing there are some static sounds coming through the speakers. It's very faint so you don't hear it unless the car is off but that is the only thing I have noticed. I have had 2 instances where the backup camera has gone out but it worked the next time like it was supposed to.

I bought a radio for a Mitsubishi Outlander With a Fosgate amplifier. I selected the car in their website, and after that asked me to send photos that ai sent and informed them that the car had an amplifier.

I received the radio, and after instaling it there was no sound. Long story short, after many exchanged emails with them and 3 visits to local electricians, I was told that the radio did not have a module that activated the amplifier, so it stayed OFF. Again after many emails with secaine asking for a refund, the keep saying they will send the issue to the engineer... So 400€ to the trash....

Ordered a radio, paid extra for 3 day shipping, been a month nothing has shown up, order shows as processing. Sent multiple emails and they keep talling me to wait, should have read reviews before ordering, this company is fake as fu*co and should be shut down.

I purchased a unit for my honda accord just over a year ago and paid extra for the "Sony HD Reverse Camera" as an optional upgrade to the standard reverse camera the unit came with.. I recently went on their website to purchase another unit for a family members car and realised I only received the standard SD camera instead of the Sony HD.. after emailing them with an attachment of my receipt and offering to send photos of the camera I received I have been back and fourth with "Selina" who has gone from either the order number doesn't exist, then the order never included a camera to now just insisting that the unit is out of warranty! This has nothing to do with the issue they have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.. do yourself a favour and buy from another company

My brother purchased a head unit from them when i got it delivered and opened the box to inspect first thing i notice was that screen film on the headunit had A LOT of air bubbles on it like someone pulled it then put it back on, then we found out there two broken tabs for the air vents and a blown fuse.. they sold my brother a unit that someone returned that someone screwed up . i emailed them and they sent me an email telling me to go to a local installer and i will only give you 80 bucks for a refund like seriously ?? pretty much right now we feel like we got scammed really bad they took our money and we received a piece of junk that someone returned because they couldn't figure it out and broke pieces off of it. i HIGHLY not recommend this company.

I have a 2016 Jeep Renegade Limited/Latitude model. The great thing about the Seicane 9” Android 9.0 device (Model H230L-L) it fixed whatever issues I had with the OEM backup camera including lack of night vision.

The bad about this device, it has no internal fan and the device gets hot to easily. Other flaws:

The device’s adopter is not interchangeable with the adopter recommended by mainstream companies like Maestro, Axxesss, PAC etc. as a result, expect to do rewiring if you buy this device.

The downside of this device, the pins for the harness adopter provided by Seicane is not in line with the pins installed by the OEM in the harness. To illustrate the problems, the Seicane device has a 20-pins plug, but the Seicane adopter has only pins for 18 wires, meanwhile the OEM harness is wired with 25-pins. This explains why many people (including myself) complain that the SWC is not working.

Also, the OEM comes with two radio antennas (one for radio and the other for Satellite) but Seicane only provides the radio adopter, and the satellite plug does not fit the recommended parts of Maestro, Axxesss, PAC etc.

The built in USB plug in the Renegade connects in the OEM via a Mini USB, but the Seicane device does not have a Mini USB port.

The device storage is only expandable via a flash drive, not a SD Card, or micro SD Card.

The alleged 3G/4G capabilities is only if you have a USB adapter, there is no spot to insert a Sim Card.

The worst of all, Seicane's customer service has a language (or even a culture) barrier and has a hard time understanding customer issues and offering meaningful responses.
