I was hopeful when I got a fair market offer from Swift Homes. Once I got the offer they kept changing the point of contact on me. Which makes it difficult to deal with them. Once you sign a contract with them the price that they give you is not the price they are agreeing to! They farm out the contract to investors that bid on the house and it ends up coming back insultingly lower than market value. They then try and convince you on how it's such a great deal.

So to recap, they get you on the hook for 15 days with a decent deal then come back and low ball you in the hopes that you are desperate to sell. I completely understand if they need to take money off for an inspection (which they didn't get done in the appropriate time) but they made their lower offer based on a whim. Then they come back to you and want you extend the contract so they can "find better offers" and have time to get the inspection done (never got done).

In the end this company and the people that I worked with made me so angry that I decided to pay all the commissions and fees in a traditional sale.

Amazingly professional, fair and most importantly a Swift home selling experience. Throughout the entire process from fair value appraisal, contracting, inspection, and closing this was the most pleasurable home selling experience ever. Swift Homes staff was competent and always responsive. They kept me up to date of every step of the process. I highly recommend them for anyone selling their home.

Over all I was very happy with the service in the beginning of the process; communication was good. When it was nearing time for the closing things became more difficult as I was purchasing another home in another state you l had to close both of them in 2 days along with packing and moving 500 miles someone from the group was calling me for information which I had already submitted. The reason for not giving a higher rate was for not requesting all necessary documents up front instead of stages.

so far, so good! I need to let you know, I don't know what happened to whoever evaluates property, but I have more properties much less value and they are valued more. This house is the newest house in the city of Midfield and in good condition, I have mad many repairs to it and cando more, has new roof.
