3 parcels was picked up at the same time 7 December all of them was going to the same address, 2 of them lost, and 1 still not delivered, maybe lost too. They launched investigation after few email enquiry, in every single email they promise how customers important to them, they will improve their service. Another parcel picked up 2 December still not delivered, they launched investigation for this too. Hopeless! They just lost me like a customer, I will go to Australia post, more expensive, but at least I can talk with someone. Sendle doesn't have phone, only enquiry throw site. So if you want collapse ruin your business, this is way to go -use Sendle. I wish here will be minus 0 stars.

Would give zero if possible. Dishonest and unreliable. Failed to pick up package on several occasions, promise the world and literally deliver nothing. Avoid.

Seriously 48 hrs Outer suburbs Sydney to Adelaide hills . So happy to receive my nudge bar in perfect condition way faster compared to Australia Post in the current climate . Thanks again

Sent a parcel (from Australia) to Singapore which is taking 4 months, currently MIA. Launched a missing parcel investigation and the parcel is in Germany(are they sure? why is my parcel stuck somewhere else?)! No explanation offered by sendle, was given generic replies by contact center and no physical company/person to contact! Beware! Avoid!

Driver did not turn up to pick up items, could not add a word into the address so it was easier for driver to deliver instead he did not deliver as he did not read the notes, drivers don't scan parcels and packages getting delivered late

Arrived in less than 24 hours , Ordered that afternoon and to my surprise early next morning it had arrived straight to my front door. Great communication and fantastic service. Cant fault the turnaround

I've used Sendle for a few months now & am very happy with their service. They always pick up on time, are alot cheaper than Australia Post and when there was an issue with one of my parcels being collected, they refunded me. Can definitely recommend this company.

Picked up yesterday morning, delivered to the door of the recipient today. It can't get any better. I can't believe that a set of vehicle control arms in a box arrived at the destination so fast, so cheap and so easily.

I have been using Sendle for some time now. Their website is simple to use and find the pickup and delivery service Very reliable. Pricing is much cheaper compared to Australia post along with much faster delivery speed. The only downside is there is no mobile app - it’s all done on their website. The alert system is very helpful. Would highly recommend.

I am shook such a bad courier company do exist! Courier rang once and didn’t even bother to wait for me. I thought it wasn’t a delivery and I was home waiting for the delivery.Now I have to pick
It up from somewhere and I have only 5 days otherwise it will be send back and if I want to reschedule delivery I have to receive permission the sender! Is that a joke? That’s juts ridiculous to bother customers jus to reschedule delivery that didn’t happen because of the lazy courier. Wil never use this company again.

My delivery from Sendle arrived quickly, Ordered Thursday morning, parcel safely behind porch post Friday morning, in perfect condition. Excellent service in these times when most deliveries are taking extra time.
