Wenn die Zahlung nach Cuba korrekt abgewickelt wird, ist alles ok und teilweise schnell. Sobald sich ein Problem ergibt, gibt es real keine Hilfe seitens sendvalu. Es wird immer nur stupide auf Fincimex Auskünfte verwiesen. Dabei muss bekannt sein, dass sowohl die Seite > https://fincimexremesas.cimex.com.cu/WSOLO/ < als auch das Auskunftstelefon mierda sind. Nichts funktioniert und auch die cubanischen Empfänger bekommen keine Verbindung. So kommt es gelegentlich zu Unsicherheiten und auch zu Geldverlusten. Zur Verbesserung dieser blöden Situation ist es zu wünschen, dass sendvalue auch mal direkt im Auftrag seiner Kunden Nachforschungen zu dem Verbleib von Zahlungen übernimmt. Das würde zu interessanten praktischen Erkenntnissen führen !!!

I have used other apps and methods to send money to my family abroad and have always encountered a problem or it has taken far too much time to get it to them. This is a problem that I have never had with Sendvalu. They have always gotten the funds to my family in a timely fashion. Thanks so much!

Le 4 avril j’ai transférer à ma conjointe une somme d’argent par Fincimex via sendvalu ca fait exactement 15 messages que je laisse à leur département sans réponses, Hilda c’est rendu à la banque à 7 reprises depuis le 13 avril et ce jour la banque n’avait rien pour elle, chaque fois elle doit payer le taxi allé retour 4 CUC , nous sommes très insatisfait nous devrons changer de fournisseur et demander a MasterCard de nous rembourser puisque sendvalu ne s’occupe pas de nous, c’est désolant de voir ça à notre époque, nous sommes presque certains que nous avons été arnaqué soit par vous ou par la banque De Ahorro de holguin

I was happy with the service up until my transfer on April 15. It was to have been processed in 1 to 48 hours. It is now 7 DAYS later, my wife still has not received the money. I tried calling numbers in 3 different countries, and cannot get anyone on the phone. Not happy.

Giving you 4 star because sometimes the transfer will take 5 mins to 20 mins but sometimes would take 24 hours, but still reliable online transfer,you have my trust! Kodus to Ms. Ava and Hannah for assisting and replying if you email the customer support! Okay, i change it to 5 star! Keep up the good work!!!

Don't like it rejected my card at night and had to wait until the next day to send money. I also don't like you needing my driver's license number for your records. That was over stepping the too much information needed.
