Service Animal Badge

Very high quality license that has already qualified me in an apartment that has a 20 lb limit of pets and they had to let me keep my 45 lb emotional support dog. I could not have done this without you help. Your fees are very reasonable for what I am now able to do with my beloved dog, Mia. Thanks for your quick response.

My only concern is that there needs to be a bigger distinction for service animal tags and company tags. For a visually impaired person it is very cumbersome to get to the service animal tags. I understand your company makes more money on company and corporation identification tags however it would just seem that for people with disabilities there could be an easier way to get to the service animal tags! Otherwise I had an excellent experience with your organization… Oh yes one more issue not everyone has a PayPal account nor do they want one. Please make it easier to use a credit card! I love you guys! And so does Darcy doodle poodle And snicker doodle poodle!

I purchased an ID and paid $20 extra for expedited shipping and still have not received the item

I love the badge but you should splurge and add the $.03 attachment so people can attach the badge to something.

I decided to order an ID for my psychiatric service dog because I get a lot of questioning since I am not physically disabled and many times get asked for ID or papers. Within 24 hours of placing my order I got a confirmation email saying it would be here in 5 days, and I chose free shipping. How awesome is that? Since then, I’ve received numerous emails updating me on the shipping process and my requests. I also am very impressed with the price, most sites charge $75+ for an ID. I received it in the mail, and the ID is beautiful. It looks official with a holographic logo that stands out when it hits the light, the photo quality is awesome, and the ID looks super official. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a service dog ID. Amazing!

My order was not processed the way I asked for it to be neither did anyone even contact me.It just sat there unshipped until I called wonder why it hadn't arrived.I paid an additional 25.00 for expedited shipping and now it's been a whole week!

I did NOT know that after paying for the registration and Badge- which is of EXCEPTIONAL quality- that a "random" person would NOT be able to go online and see the information about the animal and handler without paying ADDITIONAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS. NOT COOL- should be EASILY SEEN that monthly payments are required.

I got the 3 badges for my key ring, for my dogs collar and an extra one. It’s as nice as the original larger one which I got a couple of weeks ago. It was a pleasure doing business with this company.

Good product, but split down the center after 2 years. My dog has eaten at Longhorn Steak House, been to bars, festivals, just about any where I go with no questions asked. People do not understand the law (ADA) and when you flip it out they are most accommodating. Please be sensible in the use of the ID or it will give others a bad reputation. I just ordered another ID.

Easy to order the first and second time.

I wasn't sure what catagory my Doberman fell under. So, I ordered the ESA badge and then when I filled out the info online from the email, I put down Service Dog. They contacted me about it and I explained his role and my medical issues and medications. They said he was a Service Dog. So, now my boy is officially able to go with me anywhere, which is all he wants to do.

Ordered my package Monday 11/12/18 & I even bought 2-3 day shipping for an EXTRA 30$. & Yet today 11/15/18 is the 3rd day , & I still have not received my package. Horrible Service. Never ordering from them again.

I ordered an ESA housing letter on Jan 4, 2019 with full expectation of receiving it in a timely manner. Jan 14 rolls around and no letter, no email conformation. The only good thing about this transaction is that I am getting my money back.

The handler name was the dogs name rather than the owner’s name.

I haven’t got my badge yet and I don’t rat nothing at five unless it was expecinal service
