This is my second large project with Set in Stone and once again they were amazing to work with. Always available and accommodating and great at offering up ideas I hadn't thought of. They also have an incredible selection. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing a kitchen/bath/laundry area. You won't regret it!

I stopped by several weeks ago and was very interested in several granite patterns. The lady said she would send pics later that day. When they didn't arrive I emailed the company. I did get a response that said they would send the pics that day. Never came, no email no pics.

Greeted as soon as I stepped in showroom. Owner helped select several samples after showing picture of my kitchen. Office manager gave me several tile setters to call and get a quote. Finalized ordering after tile setter measured and gave me quantity to order I called office and they ordered and gave delivery time. Everything went smoothly with office. Good people to work with.

Brooke was friendly and very patient in helping me figure out just what I wanted in a countertop. I am so very happy with our final choice. It is still a work in progress as we still have to pick out a backsplash (so much to choose from). I will certainly purchase my backsplash from Set in Stone. I will post before and after photos of the countertops.

Set in stone was so helpful while I was trying to decide on style color etc. Took samples home several times and was shown a few new samples-which I decided to purchase. Still need to decide on grout-will wait until I get tile installed and can see samples against the backsplash. So pleased with Set In Stone for patients and help with my project. I purchased a counter top about one month ago and love it. Service was great and job looks wonderful.

Have purchased tile for multiple projects and in every case, support in selecting tile (Lizzie) has been great and response on estimates and orders has been prompt. The products ordered have been delivered as promised and in good condition.

The young lady (Lizzie) at the tile counter knows her stock and is very helpful and patient. Choosing tile can be challenging because of its relatively permanent nature. My master bath redo turned out to be a challenge so it necessitated many trips to Set in Stone to find just the right tile for the space. Lizzie has always been welcoming and helpful, she is a real gem. I look forward to working with her for my future tile purchases.

The staff was very helpful but it was awkward looking at the remnants outside. It would be nice if the regular remnants were shown as samples somewhere inside the main showrooms like other granite stores.

it's almost like when your daughter used to live here, left and got famous, then came back to upgrade the place. Great materials, super service and constant feedback, on land, in the air, even if they are on a cruise. I was so impressed that I bought all the employees a christmas gift. All things considered, I highly recommend the pretty women at Set-in-Stone

Customer service described what I needed to do/bring to figure out a counter top for my sink. She assisted me right when I got there on picking out a "remnant" (less expensive and all I needed was a smaller piece for my job). Very easy, found what i needed. Unfortunately they are so well liked i guess that the order time is way out! Looking forward to getting measuring done and install done soon I hope!

Very professional and helped me with all my design needs. All the girls are so helpful. I do remember they close on Saturdays at 1:00 and that is the only day my husband can come to check out their tile. It was just 1:00 on the button when the girl said she'd wait for us to come down. You don't get that ever in other business's.
