The package was not sealed properly. I picked up the package to bring into my home and heard metal hit the concrete, it was the antenna. I opened the box there was a thin film package which I believe the antenna was in it was opened on the sides.

Description of this product was better than any i seen for essentially the same product. But because yours was most fulfilling is why i went with your company. Hope the product quality is as impressive your site/company. Thank you. Quality was ok, thought the ABS would be thicker because it was quite flexible, but im sure once painted and mounted it will do the job very well. Thank you again.

The info read the part was specifically for an FJ Cruiser, because aside from the size of the lug or lock nut, I need a 5th part to secure the outside spare. Exactly what any FJ owner would want to read in the product description thank you. My order arrived fast, great quality.

They items they have on display, they don’t really have them they would have to order the item from another place I was told from talking on the phone with 1 of the representatives & they states that you would have your item within 7-10 business days that’s a lie I still haven’t received my items!!

Seemed very simple to locate what I needed, and then to place my order. I had ordered the rear window louver. It came in 2 pieces. The 2 pieces that join together were bent and struggled to get them to slide in the track to connect. There was also a dime size scrape on the bottom louver that exposed bare metal.

The center caps I’ve ordered seem difficult to find and I am pleased that you have them. The process to order, give shipping information and make payment is user friendly and quick. Looking forward to delivery!

My experience was great, I was looking for louvers from several different sites but really didn't like that they were held on with 3m tape and then I found these with hardware. They arrived and they're perfect!

I found sfxporformance.com to offer a nice line of after market items for most builds. The part came in very quickly and was of a quality billet materials and workmanship. Unfortunately it was not the correct one for my application so I will need to exchange it.

no message of any kind is provided upon attempts to enter a facebook free shipping promo code - would be nice if the site provided some sort of feedback (e.g., "promo code not valid", "promo code expired", etc...)

Site easy to get through and find what I needed..Price is a little steep but worth not having to hunt forever. The product does not fit the items that were supposed to match.. sfxp is working with OEM to rectify and seem interested in resoling the issue.

the part I ordered is great! works great on my 2004 audi a6 2.7t bi turbo! i needed a new aluminum pipe for tuning, to replace the plastic ripped one. it was getting old and I'm in the process of tuning up/renovating the engine. so it's great. the shipping speed was very slow though..and I had to call them in about a week's time to see what was up. the man , Richard Bestow, helped me and explained to me that they ship it out straight from the manufacturer, and they said they had some in stock, but ended up not having any. He then went out of his way to finally get one shipped out to me in a timely manner! some miscommunication there between one of their distribution centers. somebody messed up somewhere. But in the end I got my part and all is well!! would recommend getting parts from sfx performance. just watch out for those shipping times ! ;)

talk to a rep that went above and beyond, he looked up the install kit from fab tech and then read the install instructions to find the correct part number we needed, wish I could get his name, he did a wonderful job, thanks for hiring great people that care, I called procomp and they didn't want to hardly give me the time of day.

Ordered a center cap by part number on the 21st. Paypal reports that payment was verified by SFX on the 22nd. It is now the 28th. My part is still sitting on a shelf, though they have apparently finished verifying fitment (given that I ordered it by part number, I can't see how that would need 6 days). Hasn't been shipped. After requesting a status on my order, I received... *nothing* I will personally never purchase anything from this company again.

I ordered wheels online which were listed as shipping in 24 hrs
4 days later I had no communication from SFX. I called and was informed the wheel is not available in the US. They basically took my money and sat on it without having the courtesy to let me know that the wheels were never available. I had to call to get a refund and they wanted me to wait another 48 hrs for a PayPal refund. I had to ask for a manager to get an immediate refund. This company company has no ethical code. False advertising/mis/information on their website to lure people in.

I wanted to say thanks guys for helping me get the right part for my Camaro the first time. Techs were very knowledgeable and kept me from ordering the wrong part. I'm very happy with the purchase of my billet grilles. Will do business with again.

I made a international order at 4/3/2013 (window louvres for my mustang). I wrote sfxperformance to give me a shipping quote, but nothing received yet.
my credit card was charged $487.51.

Are there any problems ?

As a Canadian buyer, I was impressed with the professional manner that staff took with my order, shipping and payment. The order was rushed to me to meet a delivery deadline for a car. I would like to thank Kim Schroeder for her help in keeping me in the loop, for shipping times and delivery dates. SFX also helped with reducing shipping costs to Canada, by recommending the best and cheapest delivery service.
The product was exactly as advertised, and I will be doing business with SFX Performance again.

I purchased a product from SFX Performance and have not received a response from them in weeks. My credit card was charged for the product. I have sent them multiple email inquiries that went ignored. They never answer the phone when I try to call. I had to contact my credit card company to have all credit card charges reversed. Stay away from SFX Performance !!!

I had some Moto Metal 909's and the center cap didn't fit the front hub. SFX helpe me find the cap and spacer I needed. I orderd the wrong one at first online. I called and they looked up what I needed and even tried to refund me for the ones that I got wrong. I now have what I need and I am realy happy. SFX Performance has super nice people that you can talk to and they will try thier best to get you what you need.

Thank you so much for our service at the time I ordered they notified me telling me that my order was back ordered and would take 4 to 5 weeks ,but I stuck with them because they were nice and got my product in 2 weeks it was so fast I didn't realize it until I opened the box. Sfx performance is awesome!!
