This is the 3rd time I order from Shade Station, I’m extremely pleased with my new designer glasses. I’m Canadian and I couldn’t believe how fast the overseas delivery was completed especially during a pandemic.

I found Shade Station almost by accident looking for replacement lenses, and you had
exactly what I required. Also it was very easy placing my order.

Excellent service and postage good even with the current virus, got as a present so haven’t gave them yet but they look good nice case to protect them .

I wanted some designer prescription sunglasses. Looked around and found just what I wanted at shade station. Ordering was easy and straightforward. My beautiful sunglasses ordered and arrived well packaged within the 5-7 days as specified.

I ordered sunglasses 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received them. No communication from the seller. Will not be using this site again.

Item is good, photochromic with inscription on the lens, nice Oakley box, manual and pouch same like my old Oakley lenses, the only problem is they said it will deliver 7 to 10 days, I received the item after 16 days and I didn’t received it door to door, I got it from post office.

5 minutes after placing the order online I was sent an email saying the transaction hadn't gone through and to "click on the link below"in order to finish the process,this resulted in the order going through twice and being charged twice,however,I ordered through PayPal and on the screen it said free returns thru PayPal which I am now trying to sort out but they want me to prove where I have sent the package.I am not happy at all with this and feel that shadestation should refund me as it was their mistake.

I love my Oakley sunglasses they are perfect for cycling, but I lost the nosepiece, to be more precise my grandchild lost the nosepiece. The web site did not provide the information I needed to identify the right replacement nosepiece for my sunglasses. The one I ordered was sent via the post office which took 2 weeks longer than any other courier. It was the wrong nosepiece but I couldn't wait another 3 weeks so I have superglued the ones you sent me to my sunglasses which has worked so far . I also couldn't find any model name or number on my glasses, if there is one where is it to be found ?

I ordered 3 pairs.of glasses.. 1 pair was for a gift. Order accepted then email from SS checking whether I actually ordered 2 pairs. I found this reassuring.. they are obviously on the ball. Better than sending 2 then having hassle of returns and refunds. Thanks Shade Station.

I have been using ShadeStation since the beginning of 2016 for prescription spectacles and prescription sunglasses. The quality and service has always been excellent. On the limited occasions I've had to contact customer service my queries were dealt with immediately in a friendly and courteous manner.

Don't order from this company if you are in Australia. I ordered Oakley Snow Goggles for my son's birthday as he was going on a snow boarding trip and paid an extra $30 AUD for speedy delivery and the goggles arrived 2 weeks after he was back home from his holiday!! The company claims the extremely slow delivery was because I gave a PO Box address, but I was never advised this wasn't acceptable, & was never contacted for an alternate address, which I could have easily provided. Even once I did give my street address it took another week to arrive!!! The only compensation they provided for their incompetance was a refund for the "speedy delivery"!!!

We bought Ferrari watch on November 6, according them delivery within 6-10 working days, still waiting and the only answer they give is tracking number which is for a whole month is "on route". First of all they advertise that they "shade station south africa"
