Very sad to see a quality Australian brand promoting cheaply made Chinese products. Sheridan was famous for high quality, durable products, that justified a price premium. There now seems to be little between Sheridan and the other manchester retailers, all selling Made in China, as if it is high quality.

Ordered throw 3 weeks ago. Was sent tracking number but Australia Post says incorrect number!!! Can't get any help. Service is terrible. Will never order Sheridan again. I have no idea where my throw is!!!

Purchased Hotel Sheets about a year ago, was prepared to pay extra for quality and feel. However I have been very disappointed with how the sheets wash up, there is discolouration and fading in creases, the sheets very quickly looked old and worn. I cold wash, delicate washing liquid. I have used Sheridan sheets exclusively for 30 years, first time this has occurred. Perhaps its the dark colour, having paid a premium for the hotel feel I was extremely disappointed, if I had thought about it earlier I would have taken back to the store and asked for an exchange. I will continue to buy at Sheridan.

I ordered $100 worth of towels and and had to lug home from the post office a enormous box and found 3 quilt cover paks!!!!! Wouldn't answer the phone for a whole day ....next day 4 calls ( 2 cut off) I have to somehow send this huge box back. The worst company I have ever dealt with and no apology and one of the staff even had the nerve to say the warehouse sent the wrong items is because of Covid9 virus...WHAT!!!!
Now I have to get my refund back somehow

I placed an order just after Christmas and returned it following their online return process on 3rd January. I am yet to receive my refund. I have been advised that the return process can take up to 30 days, which is fine. However when I asked for an update to my specific return, I am provided with the generic response and my specific questions have been completely ignored. All I want to know is if my returned items have been received and if all is on track to receive the refund. Surely they would have some information given I have returned the items 3 weeks ago.

I've had a queen bed for 30+years.

Returning a fitted sheet because it's too big. It was a replacement for one that is also too big. I suggested that, as it was labelled the correct size, there was a labelling or manufacturing error.

It was suggested that maybe I actually had a double bed.

I was horrified to find holes in my fitted linen sheets after washing them today. They are only about three years old. I have never had sheets wear through like this before. They are lovely to sleep in but this is the poorest quality I have ever found in a sheet. I have phoned several times and left a message but have yet to hear back. I’ll go into the store and see what can be done to replace the sheet. So disappointing!

Altona Gate store - ignore customers, rude and act like you're putting them out. They say one thing and the online store says another. Don't even apologise for their mistakes. Theyre good at inundating with emails about sales though to get your business. Unfortunately half star not an option.

My poartner and i have been loyal Sheridan custkmers for over 20 years. When we combined households we purchased 4 300tc sheet sets tk replace our older ones. Each any every one has ripped within 18 months. The fabric is literally falling apart. We gifted tge old ones to our griwn up kids ann they are still going strong. Will never buy Sheridan again

I ordered $250 worth of bed linen on the 29th of March and it is now the 20th of April and I have yet to receive my order. I didn't receive my tracking number until I had emailed them for the third time and still the tracking number they gave me was 'invalid' and 'could not be found' according to the Australia Post website. I have emailed them several follow up emails regarding this and all i seem to be receiving in response is generic and computer generated that in no way addresses the issues I have bought up. I understand the situation we are currently in but waiting almost a month for a order that hasn't even arrived yet is appalling given that I have ordered from countless other websites that have arrived almost instantaneously. Definitely do not order from this store!

Staff members are not allowed to wear gloves during these challenging times as 'it looks scary' and managers don't 'tolerate' the use of hand sanitiser as they 'can't stand the smell of it'?

I ordered from Sheridan Canning Vale, Perth. From Australia Post I got emailed tracking information. My order was sent from Melbourne. So instead of receiving my order within two days of dispatch who knows how long I'll be waiting.
Might as well save some money, order from China and cut out the middle man.

Shocking delivery service with the Toll.very disappointing. The drivers left a note when I called was told to redirect to my work the next day.got an email from a rude lady saying didnt have right address then take 2-3 days from there, still waiting.very frustrating service.

Second time I bought from here and NEVER again. Reason - one it is not the real Sheridan and is from overseas you can tell from the below reviews and the app quality of everything. I have been buying Sheridan for years and it’s a totally different product.
Second , no customer service, email unavailable and also calls go to a voicemail.
I expect a full refund and will be going to fair trading

I made an order on 29 March 2020 and have not received my full order! The customer service team is ridiculously slow at responding and keeps telling me to check the tracking number! Australian pair has picked up the item 6 days ago and have not done anything with it. I ordered clothes from a Brisbane Online store on Monday and received it today (friday) via Australian post. That’s 4 business days! This is inexcusable that they are not doing anything to follow up!

I bought a queen size quilt cover set today in flanelette fabric. I regret paying $279 for what is a VERY plain quilt cover. Even the buttons at the end of the quilt were press studs, and not some nice buttons with sewn buttonholes as I was expecting. More disappointingly, the size is all wrong. It’s more like a King than a Queen which means it doesn’t fit well and neatly over the doona (which is a queen size), and so hangs over the mattress flimsily. The only redeeming feature Is the fabric itself which is soft and seems to be of good quality. Let’s see if it remains that way after a few washes. Sheridan, based on my experience and those of others, lift your game if you expect people to pay premium price.

I ordered a sham and pillow covers from Sheridan online. I entered my work address as i always do for deliveries (i receive several parcels a week).
A week after i received my tracking i wanted to see the status of my parcel however the tracking did not work on Aus Post or Toll...odd.
I spoke with customer service and they said my parcel had been returned with Aus Post because of "an incorrect address". They said it was because i had not included my business name, which was incorrect as i could see it on my confirmation email. She then said it was because i had entered the address in a way that Aus Post could not validate. How about your system validating the address at the time of purchase? Just a thought!
My options in this situation? They could refund me or resend me my parcel in 3-4 WEEKS!!!
These large companies wonder why they are loosing money & going out of business. This is the last time i will shop with Sheridan.

I purchased two sets of king size Sheridan sheet sets about 3 years ago. They cost me quiet a lot. Im by myself and are the only one who uses the sheets. I also bought matching lines king doona cover.
I do not like chemicals and do not use a dryer, ( I dont own one), always cold water on a gentle quick wash cycle. I cant believe I have huge holes in both the fitted sheets. First one fitted sheet produced a hole, so I thought oh bugger thats not good then a month later the other did the same. I have had sheets from Target that I have treated the same for years that have never produced holes. They obviously dont wear well. I contacted Sheridan. They asked for a lot of information about how I treat them etc and then needed photos etc, about 5 or 6 emails going back and fourth then at the end of all that they said take them back where you bought them and tell them Sheridan said they have to deal with it?? I bought them at David Jones or Myers I think in another state??? I mean really come on, very disappointing. Too much trouble to get support from Sheridan I will not be buying their products again and I advice anyone else to save your money they are definitely not worth it and there is no after sales care at all. Very very disappointing. I recommend Target or Kmart at least they dont cost the earth and last a lot longer.

Sheridan has demonstrated to me that have a total disrespect for their customers.

I recently went into a Sheridan store with the intention of buying a set of sheets. I had with me an electronic copy of a voucher that Sheridan had sent me for my birthday. After choosing the sheets I went to pay for the sheets. For some reason the sale was processed incorrectly. The sales assistant said it was an internet problem. I suspect it was user error. However, regardless of why the error occurred, it should have been a simple matter of reprocessing the sale. Not so, I was made to wait in store for approximately 45 minutes.

Both sales assistants in the store were at all times polite and professional. However, they were not prepared to just process my sale and sort out the incorrect processing after I left the store. One of the sales assistants made multiple phone calls. It is my understanding that these calls were to Sheridan Customer Service and the Area Manager. It appeared Sheridan’s processes prevented her from processing my order.

I explained to her that it was totally unacceptable to expect a customer to wait for 45 minutes simply to process a sale.

Following this I contacted Sheridan’s Customer Service Department and explained that what had happened to me showed a total disrespect for their customers and I would like an assurance staff would be trained to ensure this did not happen again.

I received a response that included the following statement: “Please be assured that your comments have been passed onto the relevant business department to be taken into consideration”. Given that this response was from the customer service department I asked them to inform me which department the matter had been passed onto and an assurance that they would contact me about this matter. I had to send a further four emails before they informed me that the matter had been passed onto the Area Manager. Emails I was sent by the customer service representative had no real information and in my opinion were obviously designed to fob me off.

It is now more than a week since I asked for the Area Manager to contact me and I have heard nothing.

It certainly appears to me that no-one at Sheridan has any idea what customer service means.

Recently purchased king sized 300 tc percale sheets. Couldn’t wait to put them on bed so washed and dried as per instructions. Truly horrible to sleep on - very rough and scratchy.
A shame, as I have bought these sheets in the past and found them to be perfect. Has Sheridan changed its fabrics and quality’s?
