I ordered shoes on Amazon that were erroneously charge sales tax. When I tried to submit our tax exemption for for reimbursement, the customer service rep explained to me that they do not participate in the sales tax exemption program. This is not an option for the company I work for so the only option would be to return the shoes and cancel the order completely which would cost me as much as the sales tax. If I would have been informed of this optional inflexibility up front, I would have been more attentive to the vendor I was buying from.

These shoes are 100 percent fake. The stitching is bad, marks on the shoes are wrong, the classic sole label Is not there, and the toe end are extremely tight. Looks like these shoes will be junk after 3 months of use. I would not recommend getting adidas from this company

Tried to place an order online for sneakers, totaling about $45. When I added my ship to address I noticed that sales tax was being charged in error. Called customer service and was told to submit my order and call back for a refund. Told the representative I would not be placing the order but was offered no alternative, so did not order. I live in New York City, NY and there is no sales tax on an item of clothing or footwear that costs less than $110. An item of clothing or footwear that costs $110 or more is subject to the full 8.875% tax rate. Appears to me that this is quite a significant error in Shoebacca's online order processing system. Wonder what Shoebacca is doing with all the sales tax erroneously collected.

I bought two pairs of Zoot shoes at clearance price. They are very comfortable. Also the shipping is fast. I'm a happy customer. I read some reviews about bad customer service. If it's true please make improvements. Thanks. Cory Z

I ordered the sneakers side 11/5 and called Shoebacca to change the size to 12. I was told to ship the size 11/5 back and I would get the size 12. Cost me $37.00 to ship it back. Now I'm told that I have to buy the sneakers back to get the size 12? This means I lost $37.00 to get it shipped for a $47.00 refund. Bad business all the way around. I could see if I didn't call and make the change, but I did. Thank y'all but I could never, never do business with your company again, nevertheless to tell others about y'all. Their 110% price match guarantee is totally false. Had 3 different people contact me with 3 different excuses. The item was sold by its actual branded website. Tho sizes were limited & they were out of my size I found them here. They gave the run around & only email contact. So they lost this sneakerhead!!!

The shoes sold by ShoeBacca fell apart after two days of use. The seller refused to issue a refund. As many reviewers indicated, it is a very shady seller who knows nothing about customer service. Stay away!

I was a little apprehensive after reading reviews , however the shoes I wanted were a full 40.00 less than elsewhere so I crossed my fingers and took a chance. I ordered them Thursday night/Friday morning, and they were delivered on Saturday. Incredibly quick delivery and exactly what I ordered !

They do not respond to emails or do so with a 4-5 day delay, which confuses the whole process of returning the goods! Terribly bad customer service, extremely slow refund! I will never shop from them again!

Just reading the reviews and Im glad Im deciding to NOT purchase from Shoebacca. Not only that but Shoebacca reps are only replying to the good reviews and/or fake reviewsand not those who are missing money, items, or having fake shoes. Yeaaaa no thanks cancel their whole site ripping people off.

Make sure you are happy with your purchase because Shoebacca does not pay for return shipping and on top of that they charge a $6.50 restocking fee under a $50.00 purchase. I would recommend Amazon. they offer free returns on their shoes and free shipping.

These are supposed to be Nikes. I have never owned Nikes that had to be glued back together after a few wearings. As you can see my glue job is less than perfect and now the front needs to be glued back together.

The shoes were as expected and delivered on time. Very good. There was a small glitch with the online system. Purchasing as guest then creating an account for some reason did not work smoothly. I could not track the order. A phone call helped with that, I was given the FedEx tracking number. So, all worked out fine.

Ordered a pair of boots week an a half ago. Paid for 2 day shipping. Total amount is 296 dollars. And nothing. Not even shipped yet. Keep getting generic, robotic responses designed to shut you up. Ive never delt with anything like this. They do not care at all about the customer. I have no idea what to do. If it was 40 bucks id chock it up to live and learn but i cant and wont walk away from 300 bucks. Im at a loss......

I was nervous to purchase from Shoebacca, based on a few bad reviews I read online. The pricing was so good, I took a chance and ordered 2 pairs of Asic sneakers. One pair arrived in perfect condition. I was worried that the other pair wouldn't arrive, again based on a few bad reviews I read. I called Customer Service and spoke to Stephanie. She was professional and helpful. She confirmed the other pair would be arriving next day and provided me the tracking number. The 2nd pair arrived, as promised in perfect condition. I walked 5 miles in one pair today and they are the most comfortable pair I ever had. VERY HAPPY TO BE WRITING THIS EXCELLENT REVIEW. I received great quality products for a great price and received great Customer Service. Thank you Shoebacca. I WILL BE BACK TO ORDER AGAIN.

Made a purchase through Amazon and they shipped the wrong size. Contacted shoebacca and the girl/customer service rep. was rude, didn't listen nor offered to solve the issue. In fact, she was rude from the very beginning, guessing, maybe she doesn't like her job! She has bad customer skills, and no human relations. I will NEVER EVER order from this company again!! Also, will let all my associates and family know not to order as well. There are far too many competition for any customer to experience what I did over something so simple and to be mistreated and disrespected towards.
