I recently purchased some items in the online shop sale. At first the indicated discounts were not applied and I had difficulty using the gift card. I wrote to complain and received no reply until I wrote again when I was asked to try again but again had to ring to get satisfaction and nobody from the shop ever communicated with me directly. A poor do from a prestigious organisation.

My order was taken quickly and efficiently, however I was very disappointed that I was not offered next day delivery as I thought that would be part of your service, which is why I left ordering the gifts to almost last minute. However, my gifts were received in 48 hours.

The packaging was good and was soon delivered but found one of the two baseball caps I ordered was a tighter fit, but decided to keep them, the other one fitted perfectly.

unfortunately cannot rate my purchase of garden gothic mirror as order was placed on 9th June and it is now the 20th June and i still have not received my item.
will be calling customer services again on Monday.

I ordered Wednesday morning but didn’t get dispatch notification until the following Monday. I didn’t receive the item until Friday as it was sent second class. In view of the delay in dispatch and the £5 postage charge for a hat, price £10, I would have thought first class post would have been appropriate. It was a birthday present which arrived too late.

I requested a gift to be sent on 22/6 for a birthday, this did not happen. You confused the recipient with the sender. I even called to correct problem, it didn't work. Invoice went with gift.

I had problem with delivering my parcel, but I wrote them and everything is now excellent. Very good communication. I'm not worried to buy more things.

The two decorative stakes arrived and were loved by the 2 old ladies that they were for. Well packed and arrived on time. BUT so difficult to place the second, repeat order. Eventually I had to ring and that was amazingly quick. Website takes ages.

I purchased the hares on a Friday and by Monday I had not heard whether or not my purchase request had been received and was concerned as it was a costly item. In the end I had to ring and make inquiries and was told that my order had been received. I did get an email, which was not very clear, to say that it had been dispatched. I do not think I will order from The National Trust Shop, online, agian.

the product was ordered on the 7th march. We were advised by the carrier, Royal Mail that it would arrive on Wednesday morning the 11th march. It didn't and when I contacted The National Trust on the 13th. they said that there was nothing they could do until it was more than 7days from purchase. On phoning them again on the 16th I was told that it had been lost in transit and they would send another if I wanted. 3-5 days delivery.

By sending out their orders sooner still awaiting mine on 17th JUne ordered on the 1st!!!!! WHERE IS IT!!!! Rubbish will not be ordering from them again although I am a member of the National Trust!

Order arrived in 8 days which was good - I didn't know to expect it because the parcel arrived on before the email that told me that the parcel had been dispatched!

We found it extremely hard and confusing to use a gift voucher we got given as a present at Christmas. It was a £70 gift vouchers to use for a family membership. It was sent to us by email so I followed the link shown on the email to use the gift card (that was on 26th December). However, if you follow that link, it directs you to the main NT shop and when you try to buy a family membership, it does not let you use the voucher code. It was all very confusing and not at all straight forward as you'd think it would be. I ended up buying a family membership as if I was buying it FOR someone. As a result, I could not be given a NT membership number immediately (had to wait for the pack to arrive by post), therefore we missed our opportunity to visit any NT places over the Christmas holiday....

I love the calendar, but it had a rough journey crossing the Atlantic Ocean. It was bent. I would expect better for the dear shipping price I paid. I would suggest packaging it with a stiff piece of cardboard.
