What in the ghetto hell is happening? Why do I go into the feel beauty to ask about kinky style hair for black folk and why do I speak to three different people who can barely understand the words that are coming out of my mouth? Very poor customer service at 10:30 am. There were literally three people in the store ... which outnumbered the so-called employees. Other people love to come into black communities to profit without respecting the people they are profiting from. Not acceptable.

It’s personal however If I was dissatisfied with the way they do business my business relationship would end. Simple as that. I feel appreciated and respected. Honor is a quality I admire , money cannot buy this characteristic!

The hair installs GREAT easiest I have ever had took max 2 hrs. They only complaint was that some of the hair in the loops were not complete attached which cause for some fraying at the loops (I just put those in the back) Over all hair is going strong and looks great the good this about this look is that if it gets a little old looking they still translate well.

I won't shop there again. They have very poor customer service. My order was delayed due to being lost by UPS.They refused to send a replacement item without charging me twice. I was also told that I would get a refund when UPS returned the item to them.The item cost less than $20. When I threatened to get my credit card company involved they issued the refund.

I live in MD and hair arrived in 1 day after order was placed! That’s unheard of for shipping at $4.99 . The hair that I ordered came nice, neat, and tangled free. I am a pleased customer and will be shopping with Shop Feel Beauty again!

I truly appreciate the courtesy and prompt shipment of my products (less than a week from the time the order was placed. In this day and time with technology as profound as it is 5-10 days for your items to get to you is unacceptable). I will most definitely order with this establishment again.
