Ordered on 12/16 - and it was delivered promptly (well before Christmas, as promised). This vendor doesn't have many reviews, so I wasn't certain what to expect. The experience was very good - the prompt delivery and high quality of merchandise was just as promised. Thanks!

Placed order early in the morning on day 1. When no tracking information had been received by late on day 2, I tried to check my order status on their web site. Their order status page claimed that it could not find my order. I emailed and asked what was up. They responded rudely, gave me my tracking number, and claimed that I had been emailed it and it must have ended up in my spam folder. I run my own mail server, so I know for a fact that they had never sent me the tracking number in email.

I recently bought a pancake maker and a silicone mat. They were offered free with postage. However I did not read the small print and discovered I had been charged twice for VIP lifetime membership at $80. Bearing in mind i am in the UK I contacted them by email twice with no response. I appreciate it was my own fault for not reading the small print but i did expect a reply to my request for one of the memberships at least to be refunded. Both the items had still not arrived by this time and it was 3 weeks since I placed the order. I realised i had no alternative other than to ring the company in USA. I spoke to a lady who at first was unable to find my orders despite my giving her the order numbers. I think this was a ploy to keep me on the phone as long as she could to maximise my costs. She eventually found the orders and begrudgingly agreed to give me back one of the memberships at $40 ... £31.62 . She point blank refused to refund the other. I have since received the items. A silicone mat to put in the over was 6 inches square. Large enough possibly to put one piece of chicken on it whereas on the advert it covers the whole of a large oven tray.
The lesson is NEVER think you are getting something for nothing because you're not. The phone call also cost me £9 so it was a very hard lesson learned.

I was so worried (because of some of these reviews I've read AFTER I ordered) that my item would be defected or not what I wanted, or even worse, that it might not even come at all...But it came in the given time which was pretty fast(like in 5 days), and it is exactly what I ordered :) I'm so pleased with it. It's a dancing gizmo plush doll. I've been searching everywhere for it and Gadgets and Gizmos saved that day for me!

I placed an order 12/2/16 for items to be given as Christmas gifts. I received an email that same day reporting hat my items had shipped. On 12/12/16 I checked the tracking in this package because I had expected to receiving by then and noted that the USPS had never received the items. I sent an email to the company and was told that the post office must have misplaced my package but that it would be shipped out again right away. However, when the replacement package was received 12/19/16 only one of the ordered items was in the package. Upon email the the company I was told that the other item was now sold out, would not be back in stock, and would not be shipped. Very disappointing experience. I will keep an eye out for my refund. I would not likely purchase from this seller again.

I ordered a Yankees Ashtray looks better then pictures and arrived in 3 days! Packaging was excellent! Will be ordering again!

OK, so my son shopped long and hard for the perfect Christmas Present for me, an NFL digital clock to hang in my office/exercise room/man cave, and found it at shopgadgetsandgizmos.com (the online store of gadgets & gizmos).

He paid for it with his own money, about $70 and he purchased it in early November 2012. As I said it was a Christmas present therefore I did not open it until after the 30 day exchange policy. Well as you would guess, the clock was defective, it had a high pitched tone that was so loud, it was literally painful to be in the same room with it.

I called the company, left messages (3) with no call backs, I went to their website and applied for an RMA which was denied because it was >30 days since it was purchased and I was directed to contact the manufacturer.. Well, low and behold, the manufacturer has a 1 year warranty that is to be processed through the store that it was purchased from.

Nope, G&G would not take it back, so here I am stuck with a defective product and now resolution. Really pisses me off because it was a Christmas present that my son worked 10 hours at him minimum wage job to pay for and the will not exchange it because it went past the 30 policy. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Bought item on 11/2. Received on 11/8. Item was as described, no problems.
