DONT ORDER FROM HERE......THESE FOLKS ROBBED ME. I ordered and received my order....the next week they hit my account for another 300$. JUST DONT DO IT. The will not answer the 4 or 5 phone numbers they have listed. RIP OFF.

Shopping was a breeze...great prices as well. Wish you had a bit more items in stock. Example, I bought Warrior product adventure doors, but you didn't sell any of the accessories that go with it.

Site has free shipping over $75 my order is for $135.99, tab for 5% discount so I click on it fill out email hit summit get my code put it in then it said hurray free shipping, well I was getting that any way. Why bother putting a % off tab if your not going to give it ? I'm sure I'll get spammed with mail now which would have been fine if I recevd my 5% off.

This website is so easy to navigate. Products are thoroughly described in detail. Free shipping! and shipping on same day is Awesome! I can say that the same product I was look at on 4 Wheel Parts was accompanied with over a $100 shipping charge. I only wish that SHOPJEEPPARTS.COM offer active duty military discounts. I would of given three 5 stars if they did.

Great price, lowest I've found. Great customer service. Packaged well, shipping took a little longer than I'd like but I guess that is on ups as this store shipped it fairly quick. Will buy from again soon. Thanks!

I also need a hood release cable, an automatic transmission oil filter and gasket, replacement floor mats front and rear and the 2 electrical lines from the battery to starter and frame for my 1998 Jeep Cherokee sport but there is no phone number to contact a customer support. This would have brought my order over the $250 for the offered discount and completed my needs. Can you call me 203-994-4578. Thank you

the merchandise was as expected no issues with them, but I was a little concerned about how long it took and there seemed to be no tracking order communication that I could find. that worried me, but it showed up in time and the items were as described, over all I was very satisfied with my purchase.

A huge pain to try to check out with a credit card on your site. I had to use paypal. also I went to call you and got a machine during business hours. Also could not subit an email to have imy question answered.

YOU GUYS SHIPPED MY LAST ORDER OUT VERY FAST. IT ARRIVED 2 DAYS LATER. THE ONLY THING I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT WAS THERE WAS NO INFO WHEN I WENT TO TRACK MY ORDER, OR AN EMAIL SAYING THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED. BUT OVERALL, EXCELLENT SERVICE

I wasn't able to use 2 coupon codes where on other sites you can. I wouldn't of signed up for the $10 off for first time users if I knew that. Codes JDGET10 and JD2992 are the 2 I tried to use. If I could get both Id be happy to change my feedback. Thanks

The front lights are perfect, went right in with no problem. However the lights on the fender were not up to par. They are cheaply made, the top clip which is the most important clip breaks right off. Also the replacement rivets they give you are not as good as originals.

I'm a UX designer. Tip. When user selects payment method and shipping/billing address are displayed above, it's not immediately clear in the error that the radio button for credit card wasn't selected. Either the error should be clear or don't expose the credit card fields until the card radio button is selected. Cheers!

It would have been nice to know more about my order. When it was being shipped, when it should arrive, and the tracking number. Especially when you withdraw the money from my account. I had to call several time and search for an email to write to, too get answers about my order. Worried if I was being robbed.

So far so good. Would like a little better selection for headlight replacements and conversions I didn't see here. Also, if your could enter vehicle year and model be directed to appropriate parts. Maybe because search not very thorough??

Simple process! Very nice layout on website! Easiest parts locating ever! I do have 1 suggestion...while your in shopping cart, insert a return to shopping button, that returns you to the page you were shopping on. Instead of having to go all the way back to home page! Other than that, it was a great experience! Thanks again!

Shipping address keeps changing to match billing on final screen after entering credit card info. Tried 5 times with different browsers and even a different computer. Called for help, no return call. Emailed and they told me to send them the shipping address after completing order on line. But couldn't take my order by phone??? Not quite worth the 1.5 hrs invested in this! Not even a sorry from anyone!

Easy to pick what I needed but we will see how long it takes to get my part . Part came on time unlike Jegs. Everything went on like it was supposed to except bolts for pumpkin were the wrong ones but no big deal I cleaned and reused old ones.

I ordered a front drive shafts for my 05 hemi. The part looks nice! During the installation I noticed the U joint is greaseble but no instructions on how often this should be done. Other than that....I haven't had any issues with the product in the first 100 miles. Many thanks.
