I ordered an item here thru Amazon and was later told it was out of stock - even though it was IN STOCK when I completed the transaction. Very disappointed.

Ordered two items though Amazon with ShopTronics being the third party seller. Remote controls were missing from the packaging and the user manual was doctored to omit these items. Seems to be an intent of the seller to falsely represent the product.

I ordered an electronic item from Shoptronics (aka CWD) a few months ago. It was delivered on time and it works as expected. No issue there, BUT... I was surprised to find that I had been charged state sales tax on my purchase. That's a rare thing because internet companies aren't required to charge sales tax on their sales unless they have a physical presence in the state where the buyer lives. Shoptronics/CWD is a Canadian company that does not have any facilities or employees in my state.

After four months of dealing with their very inept customer service department, which lied to me and never answered my question, I independently determined that they apparently voluntarily collect state sales taxes, even though it is not a legal requirement. That practice can significantly increase the cost of the items they sell online. BE WARNED...

i returned a order, i never got a replacement or my money back.I called 3 times i got the run a round every time. what do i do now call back... what ever....
