We've had a very disappointing two year experience with The Shower Repair Centre. The waterproofing of our showers had problems after 6 months and after requesting to have them come out and fix it per the 25 year warranty, they have avoided our emails/calls and to come out and fix it. They had claimed that we used the bathroom within 24 hours as opposed to letting it dry. We have 3 bathrooms in our house, why would we need to use the one repaired? And we actually waited 72 hours before using the bathroom. Be warned as they make excuses to avoid having to fulfil the warranty!

We were forced to spend another $2,000 to get it fixed elsewhere.

From reading the other reviews that have been posted it looks like we aren't the first and certainly not the last. In the interest of your home, wallet and mental health, please stay away from this company.

The shower repair centre was engaged by my strata manager last year to repair a leak to the balcony causing water stains to my ceiling. Ever since a tiler first came out, I have had nothing but issues with the poor quality of work, numerous site visits by many different sub-contractors to the shower repair centre, and an overall absolute waste of my time. They had to come out to my property 5 times over a period of 4 months to finally resolve the issue, and clean up their mess, though the grouting remains very inconsistent and skirting tiles were never cleaned properly. This company just sub contracts the work out to whoever they can, though there was 1 tiler who actually works for them who came in to clean up the mess as best he could. It really is just the luck of the draw if you get someone half decent.
I would never trust them to touch another tile in my house, and highly advise against engaging this company for any work.

We made an appointment for 7:30 – 8:00 am to get a quote 10 days ahead, and confirmation was received one working day prior. At 7:45 on the day, someone called saying he has a job at a nearby suburb in the afternoon, asking us to change the appointment to afternoon, as the day has been arranged so we were unable to do so, he said he was at a suburb which is on the other side of Melbourne, it clearly indicates the appointment means nothing. When I contacted their office, I was told it was “one of our contractors”, and they didn’t know anything about the issue, the staff said she would call me back “within 10 minutes” in regards to making an appointment with another person, that never happened. I then discovered, to date, 9 out of 14 Google reviews are 1 star and 8 out of 20 Product Review are 1 star, it’s obvious such ratings were given for a good reason.

Two years after my leaking shower was resealed by TSRC and given a 25 year guarantee I had an insurance claim for another separate issue. During the claim process my insurer found that not only was the shower still leaking but most likely it had been leaking for the entire two years, and had caused major floor damage to my high set timber bathroom floor (under tiles).
I contacted The Shower Repair Centre and provided my insurers plumbers report and thermal images of water leaking from the shower.
We asked they inspect and rectify the damage under their guarantee, a workman was sent to repair the leak which he identified immediately on seeing the shower; this is the same area identified by our insurers report and thermal images.
He started work by grinding out the grout in the same area and was asked about repairing the damage to the floor, with that he promptly left without any discussion.

We contacted The Shower Repair Centre again and an area service manger came to inspect the damage and agreed the shower had been leaking and management will call that afternoon with a resolution.
This was to be another call not returned by management over a period of four weeks (now six weeks). We also have been without a completed repair or response or shower for four weeks.

So we now have the skilled workman immediately identifying where the leak is coming from, and the area service manager agreeing the shower is leaking, and a 25 year guarantee.... but no call no email no response

I have plenty of spare time re posting this for many years to come so maybe you heard me this time and will respond to the office of fair trading when they contact you shortly.
Honour your guarantee, you where willing to take a large sum to fix the problem now pay up and fix the damage.
Your system, workmanship and customer service failed to work.

Had a tradesman who fixed my bathroom leakage which stopped leaking only 2 days until it started leaking again. Since then he had 2 visits to re fix this same issue as they advertise 10 years plus warranty and both jobs were delivered on time but again this didn't fix the problem. I was told the field supervisor needed to investigate this further and I agreed to take some time out from work and scheduled an appointment. No show on the day of appointment by field supervisor. When I called their customer care team staff member advised he is running late due to some other work priorities. The whole saga has been ongoing now for 3 months and I still don't have The Shower Repair centre doing there job correctly. I personally would not recommend this company on both these factors - products which they use don't seem to fix the issue and there customer care team and field supervisors unprofessionalism. Waste of time and definitely money.

Had my shower sealed in 2012 went back to them in 2019 because my shower is leaking again and apparently the grout only holds a 2 year warranty. Its only the corners of the shower that is covered by the 12/25 year warranty.

Last month we used The Shower Repair Centre, Brookvale, NSW to reseal our shower enclosure which had a leak, resulting in water pooling on the shower floor. They were highly recommended by our Plumber, whose recommendations we value.

They were very professional and the staff they sent us did an excellent job. The grouting looks perfect and the entire shower enclosure looks great.
And most of all, no more leaks!!

My husband and I are very happy we used The Shower Repair Centre, Brookvale, NSW and would not hesitate using them in the future.

I booked in and got 2 of my showers done, A week apart. Greg arrived on time, He was really friendly, neat and tidy. Left no mess and my Shower looks great. No complaints.
