Great service, friendly people, my only problem is i work as a bartender, and pretty much every night, so when i'm free to go to my box, you guys are closed, this is something recent and new, i'd love my box to be accesible 24/7.

Slechte service, UK moest totaal bijna 75 euro betalen dus veel te duur. Daarnaast kreeg ik een code van xe baliemedewerker die het niet doet. Stond ik daar dan met al mijn spullen maar ik kan niet naar binnen
Gelukkig was er een man die ook zijn spullen moest zetten en die heeft mij geholpen. Dus te duur en slechte service doe daar wat aan!

It took a long time to go through the administrative paperwork to start the process (45 minutes or so). Also, many (about 5) of the boxes that were showed to me had either a large column or beam cutting across the usable area of the box. Thus the boxes were not actually the advertised size. This was very frustrating.

Robert the customer service who ******* us through the building and finished the deal with us was a super friendly and he explained everything clearly. Every thing was as expected regarding the storage

I would more than recommend the Self-Storage in Amsterdam West. I got perfect service on the phone as well as in person. Also, it's very easy to get to the place by car, bike or using public transport.

The guys at the West branch are stars, I was coming with a loaded car from London on a Saturday and they were closing but they put me through the centre branch where Vj (I am spelling that wrong sorry) was waiting for us. Superb service! Definitely recommend

De matrashoes die ik bij shurgard had gekocht met de afmeting 180 cm bij 225 cm bleek toch nog te klein voor mijn matras met de afmeting van 180 cm bij 200 cm. Uw medewerkster Miranda wilde dit graag nameten deed dit ook. Het nameten op deze manier vond zij niet goed genoeg daar de matras krom getrokken is en wilde samen met mij kastjes weg halen. Dit weigerde ik daar ik een stoma heb en niet mag tillen. Vervolgens wilde zij een ladder erbij gaan halen en er ontstond een discussie want ik vind het wel heel ver gaan als je al gemeten hebt om dit proces onnodig te verlengen. Zij vond mijn gedrag dwingend en maakte dit kenbaar. Dit is uiterst beledigend. Teruggekomen bij de receptie gaf zij mij een open cover van 600 cm bij 300 cm als vergoeding met de melding dat het haar speet dat ik mij beledigd voelde. Ik zei haar dat het haar moeten spijten dat zij zich zo respectloos heeft gedragen. Ik wil hierover spreken met iemand want ik ben erg kwaad. De penningmeester van Joined Venture heeft zelf de huur van februari 2020 gestorneerd; echter de huur van januari 2020, die op 2 december 2019 automatisch is afgeboekt is tot op heden niet teruggestort.

Amazing experience with the staff member of the Amsterdam Centrum branch present in the welcome office on the 11th of Jan at 4pm who managed very swiftly to explain all the processes and contract. Excellent spoken English so no language barrier plus great sense of humor!

telefonische hulp helemaal goed. Je kan wel op zondag gebeld worden...

beloftes nakomen, kreeg op mijn verzoek toen ik mijn 3e box huurde de eerste maand 50% korting op deze box (28 i.p.v. 56 euro) daar ter plaatse betaald.
Alleen tot mijn verbazing en teleurstelling werd de volgende dag nogmaals 28 euro nota bene via automatische incasso afgeschreven van mijn rekening!!

He was very understanding and was very helpfull in explaining things, and he was very knowledgeable about the boxes, and explaining about the paperwork, very good help from him.

1) I had stored my exotic personal belongings for the past 11 years and they're all still in excellent condition!

Shurgard adverteert erg overdreven met 1e maand voor €1 maar niet voor de ruimte die ik neem.
