These guys have one of the best selections of water-cooling fittings that I have found.... and 90% of them are in stock to!

after searching for days to find an australian distributor of these fittings I could only find one and he had absolutely nothing in stock and a pretty small selection. sidewinder has HEAPS to choose from and they stock the pump I wanted

I ordered 4 x 120mm fans from their website as they had the best price. Website indicated they were in stock. I got an order confirmation by email, but the tracking info had not been updated. After a week of receiving nothing, I emailed them, and did not get any response, I emailed them 2 more times to try to get a status update on my order and no response. The website had no contact Phone number. After some searching I discovered that they also sell on Amazon, and I used the contact info there to finally reach them. The gal that answered the phone said they have moved all their online ordering to Amazon, and don't really do anything with the website anymore. She took my info and said she would cancel my order. waiting on a cancellation confirmation email now. My credit card had not been charged yet ( 3 weeks later ) so everything is ok there. They really need to just shutdown the website if they are not going to reply to inquires from customers. Its not right to lead customers on saying products are in stock, then not shipping anything for 3 weeks.

I can honestly say that I have never rated an organization all 5 stars in every category and often feel like people who do are simply misleading others. I have made an exception in this case as 5 stars across the board is not only well deserved but leaves me saddened that I could not rate them any higher.

I absolutely could never say enough in this review to express the satisfaction I have with Sidewinder Computer's and Gary himself. I annually purchase millions of dollars of equipment from vendors all over the world and I have NEVER been as impressed as I am with this company!! My order was complete, shipping charges were LOW, processing was fast, packaging was meticulous and follow up service by Gary is beyond description. I have but one compalint and that is simply that Gary does not work for my company!

they were quick to ship my order (I think it was one day checking out). gary (and his staff) was accommodating in all my inquiries regarding compatibility of the watercooling parts I bought. At first, I was worried to order online since I'm from the Philippines. This meant that returning a DOA item could equal the cost of the item to be returned.. When my items arrived, they were all in good working condition! I just placed my 2nd order from them. hoping for another smooth transaction

I have only worked once with Sidewinder, but it's clear that they're very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

First of all I would like to give a big thanks to Gary. He was the one who helped me and honored my requests. The items arrived in a very good condition.

The only thing that was bothering me was the CPU block. I ordered the EK-Supreme HF - Nickel (Plexi) and the jet plate that was installed was the Plate #1 instead of the #3 stock plate but it wasn't really a big deal. Maybe it's just the new implementation that I didn't know about.

Anyway again thanks and I will be glad to shop again.

Can anyone tell me what to do when an online order hasn't delivered after I paid for the item 3 weeks ago? I purchased a water cooling pump on 11/28/2014. I have patiently waited for 2 weeks before trying to reach Sidewinder. No one pick up the phone calls and no one return the emails.....

This is my first time doing buying some stuff at Sidewinder Computer Systems and the overall experience was a positive one.

At first, all I needed was some black fan screws which I have checked all around. Sidewinder had the best price+shipping on them. Then I saw some other "good" deals that Sidewinder had and bought some thermal pastes and cleaning kits which are cheaper than other places.

Shipping was extremely fast. Given the small amount of stuff I ordered with regards to the weight, I chose 1st class mail parcel. Then I found out from checking the tracking info that Sidewinder upgraded the shipping method to USPS Priority mail at no extra charge.

The things that Sidewinder Computer Systems should improve is having the weight info per item. So that way when someone choose some items, he would be able to choose which shipping options can be applied to his order.

Another thing of improvement would be a wider selection of more items and fast restocking of items that are sold out. There were a few items that I wanted to buy, but they were sold out for some time prior to purchasing.

Anyhoo, I do plan in purchasing more stuff from Sidewinder Computer Systems given the prices and the low shipping costs.

Ordered a waterblock for my gtx 580 gpu was the only one i could find ordered it and then found some review about sidewinder that were not to promising but they didn`t let me down got here two day`s later and it was exactly what i ordered and not broken or anything was very pleased

I've heard about Sidewinder Computers plenty of times but I've made my first purchase from them just recently.

Pricing:

Sidewinder has about the lowest to equal pricing to their main competitors. There are some items that are a bit more expensive, but those are pretty uncommon.

Inventory:

Sidewinder is the go-to store for water-cooling products and I can see why. They have just about everything that you'll need to set up your dream water-cooled system.

Stock:

Their stock levels are the only thing that doesn't live up to their standards. Considering how many people purchase from them, I would assume they would stock more quantities of the popular items. But at the same time, their products come directly from the manufacturers - so sometimes,it's not really under their control.

I wanted to order all of my parts from them, but due to certain items being out of stock - I had no choice but to order them elsewhere, which is quite unfortunate.

Shipping:

There are so many online vendors that make profit on shipping charges, so it brings me relief to see a company that only charges the exact amount they get charged for shipping. Also, my order got shipped within a few hours of placing it.

Just wish they offered free shipping for a lot of their items. (a la newegg)

Customer Service:

Customer service is what really sets Sidewinder apart from their competitors. Although I've only made 1 purchase from them so far, Gary has been extremely courteous and patient with me. Since I didn't have much knowledge in terms of water-cooling, I bombarded him with emails with countless questions - yet, he answered all of them promptly and courteously.

Most companies are always quick to make as much money as possible, but Gary has even informed me that certain parts aren't needed and suggested that I do not purchase them. Now I call that excellent customer service.

Conclusion:

I am extremely satisfied with Gary and Sidewinder Computer Systems and would gladly recommend to anyone looking for good pricing and excellent customer service.

Only thing I see that needs improvement is their stock levels, as a few popular items may be out of stock. But as I've stated before, they're mostly at the mercy of their suppliers - which is understandable.

All in all, an excellent company with a priority in customer service and support.

I purchased a set of Prolimatech Armagedon CPU Coolers that came with a Free 140mm Fan and could not be happier. They ran out of Fans and could only ship one. They got them back in stock and I just received the Fan. Super great prices. Better that most sellers for the items I required. Check them out for your Computer Hardware needs. Guys, if you have problems ordering stuff here just email Gary, he is most respective owner I've came across when I ordered just 2 custom tapped pump from him on his website. I think most people need to chill out cause what I think his shop is like a one man doing everything, sure he can be slow but once you email him, he will response respectively to you, even if you're a stuck-up person who's thinking that his just taking your money or whatever you're thinking of him. Sure I will shop at his store again in the future. I highly recommend it.
