I wrote and called the company after 2 weeks of hearing nothing on my order to tell them if they don't have it tell me and cancel my order. Finally after 3 days I get an email saying my order was complete.
Based on this level of customer service, I wouldn't order from Simply Vacuums if the were the last distributor on earth. I would rather buy another vacuum cleaner if I couldn't find my filters any where else.

In my opinion, I urge you not to waste your time with Simply Vacuums. They provide terrible customer service AND they are fraudulent! Right now they are advertising the same filter they told me they didn't have a month ago.
Worst internet vendor I've encountered in quite a while.
