Sitters have been a life saver I have not been able to enjoy a rare night out in 6 years since I became a mother until a friend told me about them I can’t believe I haven’t known about them in that 6 years but since joining last year I have had 4 nights out using sitters I didn’t always get the same sitter as my first choice was busy on two of the days I booked but each sitter has been great I highly recommend sitters my children loved them as they would play games and read books whit them

Have used the service on three occasions now and found it easy to book and the sitters were very reliable, experienced and comfortable with my children. I feel it’s better for occasional use as they don’t seem to be able to send same person on two consecutive days for example.. so for a week I think you would get 5 different sitters which is just too confusing for children. But I do recommend the service and will use them again with confidence.

We have used Sitters for over 10 years. The website and mobile version are so easy to use and we have been very happy with all the babysitters provided. In addition to using the service at home, we have also used them occasionally for when we have been in hotels for weddings and that has also worked very well.

I have used Sitters on two occasions now and they have been brilliant on both occasions. On the second occasion, the sitter dropped out at the last minute and they had to fill the booking in a number of hours. I will certainly be using them in the future!

Used sitters for first time twice last week I was extremely impressed with the service. After signing up I received a courtesy call welcoming me and thanks for signing up. The booking site was user friendly and an email confirmation was sent to confirm immediately.
I was assigned my 1st preference baby sitter who was very experienced, professional and my daughter geled with her at first site.
I would definitely recommend Sitters for peace of mind with your children I didn’t have any feeling of discomfort or angst. Look forward to using the service again soon!

great service you can book online and get confirmation, had a call from sitters to confirm and was called on the day by sitter on the day. Sitter was on time and kids had a great time.

I recently moved to the UK and don’t have any family nearby. In order to have a night or two out, or for special occasions, I needed child care. Sitters.co.uk is able to find me a sitter each time it is needed. And the sitters have been lovely so far! It’s a life/sanity-saver!

I used the service for the 1st time and I was impressed by the customer service. I tend to be very wary of people and felt very apprehensive leaving my kids with a stranger but the staff did a great job calling to reassure me and when the young lady arrived she was pleasant and very friendly. I would recommend the service and I would definitely use them again.

Been using them for over a year on a monthly basis. We have had 3 different sitters in that time and they have all been professional and never had a problem. The hardest thing is leaving your kids with someone but this is excellent so don’t hesitate .

Sitters is absolutely wonderful - I have been registered for around 8 years and they have never let me down. It is such peace of mind knowing that I have trustworthy and experienced baby sitters whenever I need one and without exception all of the sitters I have used have been wonderful.

When making a recent booking, my #1 sitter was not contacted, despite her being available. My #2 or #3 choice sitter werent contacted either. Instead I was given a completely different sitter to whom I had read about, etc. I cancelled the booking, was charged £13 fee for cancelling this. I then rang my #1 sitter and she babysat my kids. I am not use to using sitters, as a recently single mother, my boys are adjusting to the reality their dad is not here. I refuse to have a different stranger come to my house every week when i need a sitter. Why bother having the 1,2,3 preference system if your not going to contact them? I know you didnt contact my '#1 sitter because she told me so please do not say she wasn't available. If your going to offer a service, make sure you do what it says on the tin!!!!!
