Rented Movie from Sky Store was told had 7 days to watch. Started watching then had to stop it half way through. Went back to watch few days later & the film was not on my Account. Contacted Sky & they said once you press the play button you have 48hrs to watch it. This was not mentioned when I purchased the film & it is Not on the T&C's. I wrote to them 3 times complaining & they refuse to do anything even though its there fault for not letting me know the Terms. All they say is '48hrs to watch. This is unacceptable & will not rent another film from them if that is how they treat their people who are in the right.

So my + 80 year old Grandparents have been with Sky for 19 years...their box stopped working and we tried to have a look at why etc. tried all the usual resets etc. but no luck. Rang customer services (after 25 minutes on hold) and spoke to a lady who literally told me to do everything I had said I had already done, she then said ok the box needs replacing......obviously....but then began to say it would be another £10 a month BUT THEY ALREADY WERE PAYING £89!!!!! or £200 to upgrade and sort the box...I asked to speak to her manager or an IT specialist...she claimed she was the IT I then asked to cancel because it's outrageous a customer of 19 years has to pay for a replacement box and a call out charge to fit the box......HORRIBLE COMPANY. I was shocked that such a big company would treat customers as such. When I asked the lady to be put through to the cancellation department she said ok, and did it immediately...just very sad and ridiculous considering the circumstances. Now with BT for £40 a month - happy days.

When my wife's Contract with Sky T V came up for revision recently and by agreement with my wife I spoke to Sky T V on her behalf. A lady from Sky T V, named Cherry, dealt with me and she was most courteous and pleasant during our initial telephone conversation and she agreed to telephone on a specific day and time with answers and explanations. Most pleasantly she telephoned with all points cleared to my satisfaction and the Contract was therefor continued. A very very satisfactory experience of promptness, courtesy and pleasantness, unfortunately regularly sadly lacking in the normal course..

I have been with sky for many many years now and over the past 2-3 years they have become extremely poor... their customer service is awful to the point where they were calling me a liar... they were not providing the service that I was paying for... making me take days off work when I needn’t have to.. and as for the broadband service we’ll that is a joke I only receive 1.5 MBPH or less and it’s never been much higher than this. They refuse to allow me out of my contract which I’ve asked them to do and now they just seem to be ignoring me very bad

I have had so many problems with Sky too many to mention, but my main bug bear is the fact you can never get through to them, they keep you holding on for ages adding to my mobile phone bill last time it was £69, then I had to wait 3 weeks for an engineer, since i have has SkyQ the problems have been recurring grrrrrrrrr
