The guide was very informative and really knew what he was talking about. He got everyone on the bus engaged with each other so we didn't feel like a bunch of strangers. He stopped on the way down so we could get some great pictures. When you show them to friends, it's hard to fathom that you could see the clouds just settling on the valley. Interesting enough, when we talked about where we were from, there was a girl sitting across from us and her mother lived down the street! Such a small world!

I booked this tour last minute, and Skyline did a great job on their service. It was an easy online process and they confirmed the booking right away. We also didn’t have to wait to be picked up by the shuttle.

We decided to spend xmas eve by starting our day off with this sunrise tour and breakfast. The day starts very early starting in Lahaina @ 2:45a.m. but it's well worth getting up early for.
We were picked up promptly by our tour guide Kane. He was fun, informative, and considerate of those who may be tired and wanting to nap on the drive.
We were blessed to have the weather cooperate and have a clear amazing sunrise. We were lucky enough to also have very little wind at the top of the mountain, which is considerably colder than the valley floor.
Kane was great at giving us directions on when/ where to be for everything from restroom facilities to breakfast. We even got a bonus garden tour at the restaurant because we were a little early for breakfast.
On our drive back Kane was happy to answer all my questions about Hawaiian culture/ history. He's a wealth of information and we couldn't have been any happier

We were able to do the sunrise tour last week and we're blessed with a majestic sunrise; however, the negative was the cost and time. This tour was very expensive. We enjoyed our tour guide and breakfast but wish we could have been back to our unit earlier. The cost was just high for our group of 7 since during the winter months the sunrise and weather are very hot or miss for witnessing this awesome sunrise. The tour itself and our guide were great.

Glen, our bus driver was super informative and funny. Our zip guides were hilarious, Brennan and pana (I know I’m spelling that wrong, but I lost my paper with their names). Very well organized.

I truly recommend Skyline Hawaii for anyone coming to Maui! It was our first time on the island and didn’t know what to expect. Skyline and our tour guy, Danno were great! They provided jackets, which made a huge difference. Breakfast and lunch were delicious!! Great experience!!

I shared this your with my best friend from LA who had never been to Hawaii. He and I both enjoyed it very much! Although it was overcast and it did rain, the views of the waterfalls and the black sand beach was beautiful!! This was my 2nd time taking the tour and I was not disappointed. Zachary, our tour guide did an awesome job as well. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

Prompt pickup, good driver/guide(Kane), very informative. I would recommend using Skyline!

I would have given a 5 but there was an issue with another customer not being on time for there pickup. The dispatcher tried several times to contact them while we waited for over 15 minutes. Eventually they made contact and customers were still sleeping they said they were walking out the door. We waited more before they appeared and joined us. We were last to arrive at sunrise our driver tried to make up time and was rushed in instructions not everyone understood location to meet for viewing of sunrise.

Tour was timed right; guide was excellent, pointing out the significance and heritage behind Haleakala. Coach was comfortable and guide did a great job emphasizing safety along the way. Instructions were clear.

Icalled 2 hours before pickup because. It was pouring rain and 0 visibility. Was told it would be clear on the mountain. It didnt visibility was about 5 feet. Tour should have been cancellled, waste of time and money.

Our Host Paul was great and entertaining considering we met the van at 3 am. definitely a once a great experience. Enjoyed the sunrise and breakfast on the way down the mountain

We recently traveled to Hawaii and used Skyline for a Haleakala National Park Sunrise Tour. I appreciated their prompt pickup and drop off and professional attitudes while being fun at the same time. I loved the fact that they provided jackets and gloves for our tour since it was freezing! A quick snack at their headquarters was perfect at 4am!

Took us on a tour even though the weather was so bad there were flash flood warnings, zero visibility at the top of the mountain and wind speeds up to 50 MPH. Needless to say we did not see the sun rise at the top of Haleakalā
