Overall good experience. Work was completed in a timely manner. Excellent job in cleaning work site. Wasn't informed I needed to supply an electrical outlet. Had to run cord across kitchen and out back door creating a trip hazard. Crew should bring generator to operate electrical equipment.

We feel very positive regarding our roofing experience with Skywalker. From the video presented evaluation of the problems with our roof (we were able to see the entire roof and the many issues we had) to the actual removal of the old roof, repair of issues that needed to be addressed (including fixing leaky dormers and a faulty chimney mesh) to the instillation of the completely new roof. Everything was efficiently and professionally (including everything being removed from our yard) taken care of in one day. We had cheaper bids on the cost of doing the job, but felt that Skywalker would do a better job.....and they did.

We are so pleased with the professional, quality job and customer service we experienced with Skywalker Roofing. They came when they said they'd be here both with the estimate then the actual job. They finished removing the old shingles, new decking, installing a new skylight and replacing the roof on an 1900+ sq. ft. roof in 1 day.When they left, our yard, deck and patios were cleaner than before they got here. Highly recommend these folks!

Skywalker was one of three companies that I was having quote a new roof for our house. After meeting with Brandon on Monday morning, I called the other two companies and told them not to come. Brandon gave me a complete step by step video of what Skywalker would do, showed and explained each product that was going on our house and that sold me on them. The roof install started later that week and Jared keep me informed of each step that was happening and what their daily schedule would be. They took every precaution to keep my scrubs, porch and HVAC equipment from being damaged. The project took three days and was a great success. The clean up was fantastic. Our house looks 15-20 years younger. Thanks to all at Skywalker Roofing for such a great job!!!!!!

I hired Skywalker Roofing to install new flashing on a chimney I had replaced. They arrived on time, did there job, cleaned up and left in a timely manner. Their work looked excellent. Very professional staff.

The entire process was excellent. The sales person was very knowledgeable and explained the process and materials from start to finish. The installation crew was very conscientious and finished our roof in a day. They spent a great deal of time making sure everything was cleaned up, after the roof was installed. Our story with Skywalker began when I surfed the web for a roofing company that included metal roofing in its services. Skywalker was the second company I reviewed and after reading everything on their website I just got a really good feeling that they were the people we wanted to come into our home and give us a quote for the job. The salesperson (Wyatt Brown) arrived on time, a smile on his face, a good firm handshake and revved up to give us his presentation. He was an impressive guy with a great personality and very down to earth. He physically climbed on our roof and took a video of what was going on up there and showed it to us. We were astonished at how 24 years of NC weather had managed to really play havoc on our roof. He continued with his presentation, we picked our color and signed the contract. We knew we had the right company who had the right people to service our needs. Well, the installation day arrived on one of the hottest days in NC history and the crew arrived with all their equipment and started ripping off old shingles. The crew supervisor (Quinton) was very customer oriented as he would come to the door and let us know exactly what they were doing in case we had questions. They were all hard workers, neat, tidy, focused and two and a half days later we had a gorgeous Mansard Brown Standing Seam Metal Roof on our house. It is beautiful and has really enhanced the look of our country cottage home so much. The crew did a cleanup before they left and that included checking for any nails that might have landed in the yard. They blew off the debris on the front porch and deck and they were spotless. We were so satisfied with Skywalker because from the beginning to the end we were treated as friends of the family. By the way, Skywalker is a family run business and that says a lot.

This was a first time experience with Skywalker Roofing. I was a little skeptical because I had some not so good experiences with other roofing companies that tried to fix my flat roof problem. Skywalker came, quoted a price and was here when they said they would be. It was a hot, humid day but they got to it and kept at it until after 6:00 PM to complete the job. Great job and super satisfied!

We had damage from a recent storm, discovered after we removed a tree from the yard. When the representative from the company saw the damage, he made every effort to keep water from entering our home, and within a week had a crew on-site, repairing our roof damage and replacing the shingles. The roof looks great, and the crew that did the work was very professional. We plan to have this company add gutters around our house in the near future.

The guys arrived within the expected window of time and confirmed with me the work to be done. They were courteous and friendly and went above and beyond to complete the needed work as promised. I can wholeheartedly recommend Skywalker Roofing based on our experience with them.

Although some of my plants were damaged, the Sales Rep and of the Manager were deeply concerned and apologetic and I was compensated for the plants without asking for this. This is unique for a company in this day and age. I am so impressed with Skywalker and how they do business and the commitment to customer satisfaction along with the quality of their product.

Everything was excellent, from the very beginning estimate conversation with Rodney who answered every question professionally and with much knowledge. He went on the roof and took photos to show me what my roof looked like and then explained what needed to be done. I have to say he was the deal breaker on which company to go with for the roofing job. Of course the reputation, the ratings/feedback of Skywalker played a huge part too. They came to my house, tarped all the way around the house, shrubs, driveway, deck included. They worked solid, only taking off for lunch. The roof looks beautiful and I only found one nail in the back yard. My yard was totally cleaned up as if they had never been there. Everyone was friendly and professional. I quoted with 5 companies and Skywalker was the most thorough and recommended some maintenance that others did not even notice. Skywalker was the highest bid but I chose to go with them anyway because this was an investment in the property that I hope will last for many years. Very satisfied with the end product. My only complaint is that some of the stuff we discussed at the sales meeting did not make it onto the work order, but the foreman was quick to remedy the problem and accomplished everything I wanted done and they completed the job in one day.

I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and they explained everything in the beginning, during the process, and after they were finished. What a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Our salesperson was very thorough in his presentation and we really liked the fact that he took a video of our roof and showed us what condition it was in. There are plenty of colors to choose from and our choice looks so good on the house. The roofing crew completed our roof in less than half a day and the cleanup was excellent. Even though they were not the lowest estimate that we received on a new roof we are so happy that we went with them. We would highly recommend Skywalker Roofing.
