Reusable Silicone Food Fresh Covers - excellent!!! They really do replace cling film. A good range of sizes and they are a little stretchy so they basically fit anything. Leak proof, easy to wash and saving the environment. Very happy.

I love love love the products (toothbrushes, food covers, razor, shampoo & conditioner bars), I have purchased and received so far. Would’ve been 5 stars but delivery takes a very long time (a month).

I love the fact that smart mug is good for the environment and saves on using cling film etc . The priced are very good too and the freebies are great also as you get to try out your products just for paying the postage .

*AVOID AT ANY COST!* It's an absolutely ridiculous company. I bought some items as Christmas present; expected delivery was on the 28th November. After that day, I received an email saying that an item is unavailable and would be shipped when available, emailed them back cancelling the order; they still sent a free item and charged deliver cost, plus another item got lost in shipment (or at least that's what they claim) and don't want to provide a full refund. It's been reported to the credit company and fighting for the money.

got a mystery box where i only paid for postage and I was very surprised and happy with what i received .I have already ordered another couple of items and am hoping they will be just as good ,this is good quality Eco friendly items at a reasonable price .

The idea is great and the items I have bought have been good. But don't buy the mystery box - yes it was cheap, but very disappointing. A phone cover that doesn't fit my phone and has nothing to identify what phone it is for is just a waste of money - and not very eco friendly if it can't be used! Good (possibly slightly excessive) communication, and all fab intentions.

In May 2019, I ordered an 'Eco Friendly Biodegradable Wheat Stalk Mouse Bowl and Spoon' for my baby granddaughter from SmartMugco, this was free apart from paying them £2.99 postage. It is now August 30th and I still have not received it! I have sent them many emails and they kept telling me it was on it's way. Eventually a couple of weeks ago, they sent me a Tracking Number for something coming from China and said they would send me a free gift too for the delay. The Tracking has not moved since they sent it to me and no free gift! I know of two more people in different parts of the country that also ordered this bowl and they have not received them either, so that is three people's postage money that I know of that they have kept and not supplied the goods. This cannot be a coincidence! I did also see a review somewhere saying they had not received the bowl, but mysteriously this has now disappeared. I have told them several times that I would put this review on and have given them many chances to redeem themselves. Now my patience has run out and I really do think that this was a scam! They keep sending me emails encouraging me to buy other things from them, and each time I reply asking them why I would do that when they have taken postage money from me and not supplied any goods! I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

Following my last review of 3 weeks ago, after 5 months of waiting and much hassle and aggravation in trying to email/ message them, and being ignored, the bowl has finally arrived.....from China! In my opinion, it certainly wasn't worth the wait, and I still would not recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered an ECO try it pack from Smartmugco and it arrived in a few days no problems. Love my new eco products, I think i may buy a pack of the cloths I bought too they're super soft. Thanks!

I will never order anything from this company again I ordered about 5 things on 16 August they sent me my free items no problem so why not the goods i payed for ????????????

I would rate 0 if I could! I placed my order 22/05/2019, 2 months on I had received no order so I emailed and I got told it ‘probably got lost in the post, we will send out a replacement’ It is now 25/11/2019, 6 months on from the day I placed my order and paid, and I still have not received my item!! Absolute joke, no communication from them, just reassurance that my parcel was coming which was clearly a lie. Stay clear from this company if you want to wait over half a year for something you have paid for, which probably will never turn up! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!

Been waiting 2 months for my order to arrive, have sent an email to chase it up and completed a form on the website but am being completely ignored. Thinking now that it will never arrive. Will definitely not buy anything from them again, steer well clear!

I placed my order on 21st December and have still not received my order. I chased it up twice, the first time a couple of weeks ago received no response, just been ignored and I've just submitted another email requesting a refund and if I receive no response that I will put in a complaint, I don't expect I will hear back. This is an absolutely awful company, stay away from them at all costs!

Items ok just takes to long to arrive thought that as they are now based in uk then items would arrive quicker but was wrong

First class item, price and service so what more could one expect.

Ordered 27th November, writing this on 02 Jan, still on shipping, no updates but has the gall to ask me to come back and shop with them

Like I previously stated, the mug is OK not all that just OK. I WOULDN'T buy from the company again as they take forever to get your order to you. Will be no longer be subscribing from them.
