I ordered a Nokia BH-217 Bluetooth headset, which arrived after about a month. A couple of vital components were missing, and when questioned, they said these were currently unavailable. They told me that they should be getting more stock in "next week" and after two months of waiting, I still do not have the missing bits. I have regularly sent emails to them requesting updates, and all but the first couple have gone unanswered.

Their communication is absolutely appalling. They are crooks, to be avoided like the plague.

I contacted customer service, they told me that they no longer carry that case in the color I wanted but could send it in another color and they sent out another case. After about another month I received another case that was not even close to the one that I ordered. I have contacted them several times and have not received any reply.

Bought hands free kits they arrived after about 2 weeks. I also fell for website and had to wait for delivery from Hong Kong. When they arrived they were all scratched and looked 2nd hand. Products also we'd to picked up on Bluetooth so useless. Company won't pay for returns and said I have to pay for shipment back to Hong Kong for refund!

However, once I paid and got the invoice, I noticed that the item had a HONG KONG tracking ID. On top of that, I later found multiple bad reviews for this company, citing that they use cheap knockoff brands instead of a genuine Otterbox. After realizing that I wouldn't receive my product for 10-15 days, I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. They responded saying the item was shipped and never acknowledged my refund request. I sent TWO additional emails explaining how shady and underhanded it is to NOT tell people their items are coming from ASIA. Now, I finally got my $1000 phone, but didn't a case to protect it. So I had to go to the AT&T store and pay $69.99 because I couldn't chance such an expensive phone breaking, waiting another week or two to get the case I purchased through Smartykoo. I placed the order NINE DAYS AGO and the tracking information says my package is in Frankfurt, Germany (where it's been for 4 days). What they're doing is SO SHADY AND UNDERHANDED! Do yourself a favor; DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have filed a dispute with Paypal.
