Had difficulty finding what I wanted when I searched. It took 10 minutes. Also, when I clicked "add to cart", it reset the screen and said I had nothing in the cart. This happened twice. Finally, I had to click on the little cart at top of screen to see my selected items in the cart. They were doubled-up, so I had to reduce them to what I wanted. You really need to fix your website.

site's nicely laid out, pretty easy to find what i'm looking for, and ordering worked fine. ok, just now wondering about one thing. now this form is asking me for my name and email "so we can confirm that you received your order..." not sure how somebody would get here without you already having my name and email. but anyway, still pretty good site. thx.

On December 17 I pleaced an order with Smoking Pipes Depot via the web site. Since this was a Christmas present I paid the extra premium for UPS second day air shipping to insure the arrival for Christmas. I made eight purchases on line after this one and all of the packages arrived with the last one coming on Tuesday ...with Wednesday being Christmas Eve. All arrived except for the package from Smoking Pipes Depot. However, being a patient and understanding person I was willing to accept the shipment on Friday....the day after Christmas or at least early the next week. Well mid week I still have no package so I call Smoking Pipes Depot and someone answers "Hello, may I help you"?? Assuming I had reached the proper company since they for what ever reason don't wish to ID themselves when a customer calls....I explained I had placed and order and not received it. After some checking, he comes back and tells me they were expecting the shipment in that day......... HELLO???? Decent customer service would have been to email me that you were out of stock on this item and I would have ordered it elsewhere. I told the guy to cancel the order that it had been a Christmas present and I would just get it somewhere else. NOT ONCE did he apologize or offer any explanation why they did not alert me that it was not in stock. I will never buy anything from this company again. It is obvious to me that they did not care about me, the customer. Because of this my son did not get one of his gifts.....but that is OK.......I found the identical item elsewhere and they were only too happy to send it next day for free when I explained it had been a gift....Now THAT is what I call good customer service. Shame on Smoking Pipes Depot. you could have at the very least said you were sorry no one informed me that they didn't even have this in stock.....I mean it was a few days before Christmas plus expidited shipping should have equaled "CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR SOMEONE"...but not to Smoking Pimpes Depot!!!

Placed my order almost 2 weeks ago. I tried emailing, they didn't respond. Tried calling, they didn't answer. Had to do a little digging around to find another phone number. FINALLY got them on the phone. They explained that each order is custom made, which is why it takes so long to process before shipping. They DO NOT indicate this on their website. Almost two weeks ago I placed my order and I still have not received what I paid for. I got them on the phone today and they claimed they shipped it UPS several days ago, however I never received an email with a tracking number. If my order does not arrive by Monday I will be contacting the Wisconsin State Attorney General and disputing the charge as fraudulent with my bank. I will also use SEO tactics to ruin their reputation on the internet. People this irresponsible have no business accepting money over the internet. Avoid at all costs.

shipping is horrible i got special 3 day select with tracking info and i emailed them asking if they have the tracking number but they dont even respond at all and its been a week and i still havent recieved my order.....guess when i buy 3 day select it should only take like 4-5 days but no...i doubt they even shipped it yet

For the convenience of being able to order such products online discreetly and at very affordable prices, I rate my experience 3 out of 5.

There is a lack of order processing notifications. I also expected my order to arrive a lot earlier. I noticed that when you call it goes to someone that transfers to the Depot's line. This is a little confusing at first.

Overall, the product was of good quality. One piece was broken when I opened the package. I called, and was instructed to take pictures of the broken product and email it to them. They are going to send out a replacement, hassle free.

I will purchase with this company again.

i ordered a pipe, paid almost $12 for shiping, it took longer than i thought it should considering the price. the real problem is they sent the wrong pipe. it was hard reaching the merchant but when i finally got a number i called to fix the problem. they wanted me to pay to ship their mistake back, then they would send the right product. i don't pay for other peoples mistake. i would not agree and they hung up. fortunatly for me i paid with a credit card and was able to have my payment retracted. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Two weeks to recieve my order. Ordered three bats, one dugout. When I got my order, one bat is wrong, no dugout. I e-mail them to let them know, two weeks later, no response, no dugout. Never again with these guys. I'll just buy local.

I ordered myself a birthday present on a Sunday. I received no order confirmation, so after 4 days I emailed to see what was up. I received no response, so I emailed again a week after my purchase (the charge cleared my account by Tuesday) and finally received an excuse that the item was out of stock, did I want a refund or replacement. I requested a refund and waited. I received no communication from them to acknowledge my reply, so I decided to use their message feature. I guess that’s just like sending an email as I did not receive a response through there either. This morning I do see they processed my refund. I am not impressed by the lack of customer care this business has, a little communication would have saved us all a headache and I may have actually chosen another item. I hope they take this review seriously and look into better communication practices going forward.
