The message was not delivered until 0627 August 12 making both the information in the message redundant and my business appear grossly unprofessional to my clients.
I submitted an enquiry to your support [email protected] requesting detail on why this outage had occurred and what assurances could be given that this will not happen again in the future.
The response received although timely was less than satisfactory only advising you had a database problem from 4:00 AM until 6:30AM and acknowledging that this delayed my messages from being sent. The reply also stated SMSBroadcast were "really sorry about that" adding 100 free credits to my account to cover the cost of those messages, "plus some extra credits in case I wanted to send another message to explain the delay". This gesture was appreciated but did not answer the original questions of my complaint nor did it resolve the issue with my clients being notified appropriately as their session was already completed by the time the original message arrived.

On top of that important result - the cost is reasonable, bulk SMS purchase with no use by date is terrific, group messaging set up and use is good, email push to SMS works well and support from the people at SMS Broadcast is professional, helpful and timely.

the system is easy to use and I use it almost everyday infact
I was the first to use it in the Bingo Industry, and now many of the other bingo centres have followed, However I do have a very constructive complaint about the discounts you provide on bulk purchases my business is not a multi million dollar corporation and the management or our cash flow is a very important, although we use your service almost every day we are not in a position to buy large volumes of credits so we purchase approx 10,000 credits once to twice a week, This means by the end of the year we have purchased many credits but not in the volumes that generate a reasonable discount, I guess my argument is that a company who only used your service once a year and purchased 50,000 Credits would get a substancial discount, however on the other hand even though over a year I may have purchased 750,000 credits
I have paid top dollar simply because we have to mange our cash flow on a weekly basis.
Seems to me you reward those who can afford a big bulk purchase but not those who use your service on a regular basis and probably in many cases purchase more credits
