Love Snap gyms, they are available 24/7, can access a gym wherever i am in the world and their teams are friendly and supportive. Been a member for over 4years and here to stay.

Went and signed up at Snap Nerang 3 days back, followed by an attempted visit to a Brisbane location the following day - only to discover that my access card had not even been activated. Stood outside trying to swipe the card like an idiot for 10 minutes, then attempted to solve online by calling, but Snap has no national customer service (at all) over the weekend. Have just been back to the Nerang location and it turns out my sign up form was not even processed, and had been sitting in a draw for the past 3 days. It was even the franchise owner that took my details in the first place. Very disappointing to have my time wasted like that, and not surprised to see the extreme abundance of 1 star reviews across the internet for Snap as a whole.

I have been a member of Snap Fitness Morayfield for years and I absolutely love it! I have made so many friends and have hit all my fitness goals! I feel healthy and happy, Snap has really changed my life. I would highly recommend Snap Fitness the staff are very welcoming and the equipment is awesome!

UPDATE
Since contacting the CEO of LiftBrands, he has attended to this and issued a full refund to both myself and my partner for our contracts.

I have been a member on and off since 2011 with snap fitness, and recently took my partner to sign up. She paid 6 months upfront for her membership at Double Bay. At no point in time did the staff say anything about them having any issues. 2 weeks later the branch closed down.
We have been trying to get a refund for the 6 months upfront membership to no avail.
The National Operations Manager who we have been dealing with, at no point in time has said sorry, accepted any responsibility to maintain the brands image by just processing my partners refund BUT RATHER JUST EMAILED US TO TELL US TO CONTACT THE LIQUIDATION COMPANY.
Previously being a customer services manager - Snap, your customer service and handling of this is pathetic. People buy into YOUR brand, and hold your brand accountable for the unprofessional and deceitful conduct of the staff working at the clubs. You should step up to the plate and rectify the wrong done.

We both work in the creative industry, so loosing the value of 6 months membership fee is a financial strain. We would like this resolved ASAP so we can move on.
This is not the first time a Snap Fitness has just closed down which we have been members of and no one bothered to tell us - Bondi Junction

I have been training at Snap Fitness Glen Iris since it opened 2 years ago. They have added new machines and equipment and its really clean and tidy with natural light. I love how I can use Snap Fitness nation wide.

I recently experienced the most amazing culture in my current Snap Fitness Club and couldn't suggest going anywhere else! All staff and members are super polite which makes working out so much more comfortable. I love coming here after work and actually look forward to it! All Snap Fitness Club Managers are great and you can see how hard they work!

I joined snap 2 years ago, I feel the space and environment very great and tidy. Then trainers and clerks were pretty polite and patient to me. I will recommend my friends to join here.

With them for Six years and was really happy. Then they suddenly changed my membership to home club only, so I can't use any other clubs except the one I signed up at. Loyalty means nothing to these guys. Really disappointing.

I’ve been a member of snaps fitness for almost 3 years I’ve had one year off and continue paying my membership over that time walking back in over the last two weeks I’ve noticed a level of standard in my absence of not going to the gym it’s absolutely filthy all the gym quitman there’s hair dust and sweat on the machine the floor doesn’t look like it’s been swept in 6 to 12 months how can you ask your paying customers to lay down on that I find it absolutely disgusting but hey you can have a sign up saying customers mind your personal hygiene and asking everyone to spray the arms but I think there needs to be a sign saying hey management do you know how to clean the toilets the showers are disgusting I will be leaving this gym as there is plenty of others. This is the Morayfield gym in Queensland

I joined the gym on 3 months trail, after 20 years out of going to gym. Every one and I mean every one takes care with the equipment, their manners towards each other are great, the gym environment is motivational, with non pushy people who are friendly and welcoming. Im now a permanent member and Im also a hard marker, most reviews from me are critical of companies that dont focus on the customer, well SNAP focusses completely on the customer. Now after 6 months I can jump of all tall buildings, out run speeding cop cars and date hot chicks!! No not really but Im fitter , healthier, lighter and happier that gym is part of my daily routine. All aboard??

Hi cable raw machine at Sunnybank has been out of order for 4 weeks now and that,s the only one they have.Its beyond joke.Every 6 months they sand you email prices going up due to new equipment upgrade and maintenance.But yet you 1 day late with payments they lock you out and charge you with extra $7.70 late fee.Been there for a year,not a single new machine,not a single upgrade,just move few things around.

Canceled my month to month contract with snap Armadale in Perth Western Australia in January, was told I have to pay a month cancelation fee. It’s been 6 months after my month cancellation fee and they are still taking my money. Contacted them in May and was told they have no record of the cancelation and will cancel from 24th May, but are still taking my money.

Great clubs, I can train anywhere around the world as I travel a lot and 24/7! Heavy weights available and functional areas to mix up my sessions. Clubs are quite different with layout and the newer ones are like the really big gym chains

I am a newby at the gym and the staff at Holland Park Snap have been amazing! Love the atmosphere and have got loads on info from the workshops held in the club. I haven't tried PT yet, but the small groups class instructor Gwen is a cracker! Thanks guys! Loving' it.

Never and ever use Snapfitness if you got other choice, you sign one year contract and after that they still taking money from your account even you didn’t renew the contract, I have been stealing almost $2000 for last three years since my membership finished and I have to find a lawyer to get my money back.

I highly recommended this CLUB the trainers and staff are very professional and helpful, the club is immaculately clean and recently had a refurb.
I have been attending for over two years but am leaving due to relocation.
Andrew the Manager has always been responsive and customer focused going the extra mile. I will certainly be back if I return to the area.

Not a safe gym manger has no idea what she doing
I’m a female on disability that was being harassed By 2 guys that go to snap and manger done nothing at all no girl would want to be at a gym they feel unsafe at
And the manger is femal to so there is definitely a lack of care at snap fitness Lismore

Having been a member of a gym almost constantly for the last 30+ years, this gym rates amongst the worst for customer experience e.g equipment out of order, filthy and the worst music at excessive sound levels ever experienced. It could well be the gym manager was tone deaf and physically deaf. However, if you did not have hearing problems before attending this gym, you would likely have problems afterwards.

I was a member of a Snap Fitness centre from the day it opened up until today, so approximately 4 years. Several weeks ago I tore approximately 70% of a tendon in my arm so had been advised to stay out of the gym for a few months to give the injury time to repair. When I finally got around to contacting the gym several days ago to ask for a temporary suspension of my account, I was asked to provide evidence of the injury so that the centre would waive the ongoing fees associated with a suspended account. I forwarded a document provided to me by my Dr describing the injury so that my Physio would understand the results of the scan. Unfortunately this document, which clearly states that 70% of the tendon in my arm had been torn, was not deemed to be sufficient so I was asked to contact my Dr and ask for a note that specifically indicates that I cannot go to the gym. I'm sorry but I'm not in grade 3 anymore so decided to cancel my membership instead. Now I understand that there are rules and these are important, however, if this is the way you treat a loyal customer of 4 years, I will choose to spend my money with other businesses when I'm able to return to the gym. Sorry Sherwood but you've lost a loyal customer.
