Ne pas se fier au avis positifs, réservation effectué sur cette plateforme avec assurance annulation, nous avons appelé l'hôtel pour annuler dans les délais. Au final nous avons payé une assurance pour rien, une nuit à l'hôtel pour rien et surtout en réponse finale nous ne pouvons rien faire. Tout simplement magique et surtout à fuir.... méfiez-vous avant de réserver

My friend and I both booked rooms through snap travel for the same hotel and I was able to check in just fine, but my friend couldn't. So she booked straight through the hotel. The invoice from the hotel came back at $71.09/room but snap travel charged me $97.60. They said that prices fluctuate and they can't price match. So I basically lost $25 using snap travel. If they had a low price guarantee, I'd use them again. But I'll never use them or recommend them if they don't change that.

I accidentally booked room for… I accidentally booked room for Batesville, MS instead of Batesville, AR. They would not transfer booking or refund. They denied my request to speak to a manager. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone-only text.

This is the worst company to book through, they are not willing to accommodate their customers and take your money and not want to give it back, even after the hotel agreed to refund with no fees. I am reporting this company to the better business. they also state that it will take 10+ business days for refund even if they grant you one. I would stay away from this company, you have been warned!!

Really poor customer service and a lack of proper remedial effort for genuine issues of mistake. I had booked a hotel using this site based on a recommendation and accidentally chose the wrong booking date. I edited my intended stay and the ticket showed that the stay had been updated. The next day I received a notification that my stay with the hotel was complete and the date had not been changed. Snaptravel was unwilling to budge on changing the date or even provide a gift voucher for a mistake by both sides. Furthermore, the respondent had terrible customer service skills and the corporate response was just as bad. Just a poor experience and really wish I had never even given these guys an opportunity.

I booked a room through snap travel and when I arrived at my hotel they said the payment was never sent from snap travel even tho my card was fully charged the day before. The hotel left all their information to snap travel and I had to make a whole new reservation. When I called/emailed/texted to see what was going on with my reservation I could not reach anyone. I disputed it with my credit card company and snap travel said they would issue a refund and never did. Do not use them it is a scam

Somebody stole my credit card number and used it for this company after reading all the bad one star experiences, it seems that this company is not in business and just scams everybody in its path and is linked to fraudulent behavior

Me and boyfriend booked a room for a night at a nice hotel through them and the email we got showing everything we paid, long with saying no other charges would be occur towards our stay! When we went to check-in we were told we need to put $100 deposit down! We didn't have any extra money to be spending! My boyfriend is extremely sick, plus has to medical procedure done tomorrow and snaptravel would not reverse the charges and didn't care that we where ending up sleeping in the car tonight! We even told them that we had no extra money and they were committing fraud! They said it was our problem and would never put a manager on. This is not the first time they have done this to us! If my boyfriend medical issue gets worst, because we are forced to sleep in our car, they will be sued! DON'T TRUST SNAPTRAVEL EVER!

Booked a short stay for my boyfriends birthday, which we shortly after found out we wouldn’t be able to attend because his father (we live with) tested positive for Covid-19. Agents were really unhelpful, and despite the extenuating circumstances of a global pandemic, snaptravel was unwilling to let us rearrange our trip. Not even chance or refund - just rearrange. If I could rate this company negatively, I would. I wouldn’t ever use them again, and I would warn my friends off them at any chance I got. Terrible company, only out for money and not interested in customer experience at all.

Bad experience - scam Booked my reservation yesterday through SnapTravel and received a text saying that I don't need to confirm the reservation with hotel! And another text saying that if I want to confirm the reservation with hotel, it will take 6 business days! Didn't sound legit and I texted back asking to refund me the money since I don't find them trustworthy after reading their texts. All happened within minutes. They texted me back asking to respond with the word "Cancel" and I did, but until now, I didn't receive the refund to my ccard. Since all happened within minutes, they could simply void the transaction and my card wont be charged. But they didn't and I am charged. To me they look like a bunch of scammers. I am waiting for the refund.

We book a hotel in washington dc but its close because of pandemic. They dont refund us the money, they only said that we can get it through snap credit but we dont want to book anymore in snaptravel there unfair. We owe money at the bank and we need to pay the bank but the bank dont accept snap credits. I dont want to book snaptravel anymore. Its a scam.

Would not refund my money even though a hurricane is making landfall. Decent but not great rates, poor customer service. Emergencies happen and hurricanes don’t recognize cancellation policies. Apparently these money hungry crooks couldn’t care less. I hope karma comes back on the people responsible for the so called policies!

Zero stars. A total scam. Booked through them and they took my money and once I arrived at motel, I was denied service. SnapTravel now refusing to reimburse based on the motels refund policy. Legitimate company would refund because it's the right thing to do. Terrible customer service. Recommendation to stay away unless you want to throw money out the window and travel and end up not have a place to stay.

had a booking through snaptravel in Cabo from May 1 through May 4th (Snaptravel Confirmation B_698439). The Hotel Marina Fiesta was not even open at that time and I canceled through snaptravel well before that date. Travel to Mexico was also not allowed at that time. I have disputed the charge several times through AMEX and through snaptravel and snaptravel will not refund my money or give me a travel credit. I called the management at the hotel and they said they never received any money from snaptravel. I don't know how this is fair when I literally was not allowed in the country at the time and the hotel was closed. Snaptravel is basically stealing my money.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY !!! Because of covid-19 every other company that we had dealt with in booking our accommodation & travel have given us a credit or refund. Not this company though. I submitted my request for a credit, in line with their policy but then never heard from them. I finally found their Facebook page and submitted bad feedback, they replied to me and advised me that because I had gone through my bank and requested a chargeback, they couldn't help me. This was an absolute life because I hadn't been to my bank at all. Still have never received a credit or refund of my $772.

Terrible to get a hold of and receive any answers. Made a mistake and put I wanted credit instead of a refund. I actually want a refund, but they won’t respond and send an automated reply. Then when I decide to use my credits to book a hotel room, they are unavailable to use. I just want my money back and I will book a room through another place. Super ridiculous!!! Don’t use!!

I went to stay at a hotel I booked through snaptravel the hotel was not what was expected and they refunded my money but snaptravel has not yet refunded my money and has been a month. The hotel refunded the money back to the credit card that Snaptravel used to book it but they refused to refund the money back to me. They have the receipt showing the money was refunded back to them and they refuse to give back to me in credits or in money. They said they want something from the hotel but they have a receipt from the hotel showing that he already refunded the money and the hotel manager says he's done what he need to do which I tend to agree with him he shouldn't have to do nothing else he has done already refunded my money back to snaptravel and now they need. All those Snapchat has the receipt they are refusing to do anything and when they respond back to my review they say the case is close because they are stealing my money like they do everybody who asked for a refund. Snap travel is nothing but a bunch of crooks and I will keep on messaging your company and making reviews until they give me a hundred and seventy dollars

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Can not get a hold of anyone after you purchase Hotel Reservations Our trip was cancelled due to Coronavirus. Flights, Cruise, transfers through other companies were rescheduled no problem very quickly Do not use SnapTravel.com and their sister site Despegar.com Non existent Customer service They ignore emails, cancellation forms, phone calls SnapTravel.com and their sister site Despegar.com are taking Advantage of people during a Global Coronavirus Pandemic, refusing to reschedule or Refund and should be ashamed of themselves. Theft! Once they have your money you LOSE it BEWARE Beware BEWARE Beware

Snaptravel didn't make my reservation after paying them. When I arrived the hotel had no record of my reservation made 24 hours prior. 50 minutes later, after texts and phone calls, the hotel finally received the data from Snaptravel. I gave them 2 stars because I believe that the support people were sincere in their desire to help. They also gave me credits for future reservations in their service, but I won't use it again.
