Joe answered my questions. It was helpful to know that the licenses I was asking about are perpetual and that I can download them easily to another computer if I get rid of the one I will currently have it on. Was glad to get some assistance as I wasn't truly sure what I was doing.

Jesus helped me retrieve my missing email. Not only was he chatting with me online but also got a call from our credit card company who also was helping us resolve the problem. He figured out my mistake quickly and I’m up and running with no problem! Thanks Jesus!

Don't waste your time with this company. After purchasing a product that is in stock according to their site, you'll receive an e-mail a day or so later similar to the following: "Thank you for your purchase! Unfortunately, we run out of Microsoft Visual Studio Net Enterprise Architect RB keys with no ETA yet for new stocks. We are working tirelessly to acquire new stocks and send you your purchased software license within 24 business hours. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via email, chat or hotline no. Visit us at our website and find out more offers for your daily computing needs."

I purchased software and was given a key code to allow it to work. When I entered the code, I was told it was invalid. "Their support people would look into it". We sent them a screen shot of the error message and after waiting all afternoon, nobody bothered to respond. Very disappointed.

Received an email confirmation 20 minutes after I ordered the product key, but never received an email with the actual download link or product key. Money came out of my bank right away. Chat link in the text message was bad and so was the calendly.com link. Call support and got voicemail. Absolute garbage.

I used Software Pug to purchase Office 2016 for the mac but was unable to access the software and called for a refund. I am not sure how softwarekeep and software pug are related, but in any case, the customer service I received was excellent and the software is now installed on my computer

I have no idea of what your tech Patrick did but he solved the problem in under 5 mins. I wasted hours trying to figure out how t0 activate my software through the Microsoft. He deserves a case of beer and pizza. Thank you.

I dealt with one customer service rep who really helped me out with an issue. Leo was patient and worked with me until my issue was resolved. I was grateful for his help! If you find that one of the reps can't help, I would ask that you refer to Leo. Thanks Leo!

Recently bought a MS Office 2016 from them. The download link and product key were provided via email. And the download link is actually from Microsoft, https://setup.office.com/downloadoffice/. Activation went smoothly w/o any problems.

Initially Publisher wouldn't install and Office 2016 Office Professional Plus was offered, but I didn't want it and there was difficulty installing that. Patrick was the support I got and he was eventually able to install everything and now Office and Publisher are installed and working fine.
