Some improving on the order form would be a help for Canadian customers. I selected Canada but Province was unavailable and postal Code would accept digits only, not alpha numeric. Apart from that the service has been great. Thanks

The part I originally ordered showed that it was in stock. Within minutes of placing the order I was called and informed that they didn't have the part but would sell me a higher priced item at the same price as original purchase price. They went up and beyond to satisfy our need and the need of our customer. Will definitely be doing business with these guys.

Hoping to get the breakers soon. The breakers came in , in the expected time frame. They were in excellent condition and all worked. A very professional company to do business with and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

WEBSITE MADE ME RESEARCH ITEM 4 TIMES, I ASSUME IT WAS OPERATOR ERROR, BUT I HAD TO LOG IN MANY TIMES FOR 1 PURCHASE UPDATE RECEIVED ORDER AFTER HURRICANE BLEW THRU OUR AREA. VERY THANKFULL THAT OUR ORDER WAS NOT FLOODED IN ALL OF THE MESS HERE IN TEXAS

Appreciated a direct person-to-person call when the exact product I ordered was not available at that time. Knowledgeable about the product to recommend instead. 2 follow-up calls=personal & timely service

I was given "quick" service. Not being given a straight answer when asking two people what the shipping cost estimate would be, and requesting USPS due to the lightness of the package seems deceptive. I Ordered two items that weighed a few ounces. When I received the 3rd invoice (after the items shipped) I was quite surprised that the shipping and tax was $28 - half of the cost of the whole order, when contacting the salesperson the only option I was given was to cancel the order. Why were they not up front with me on the total cost? I find it hard to believe they didn't have an approximate price

I placed an order by phone on July 25, 2019. I asked the order to be overnighted to my facility. I received an order confirmation the same day noting the item and the overnight shipment. I was out of the office on Friday July 26. Upon returning on Monday July 29 the breaker had not been delivered. I contacted the sales person that I talked with on the previous Thursday at roughly 8:30am and was told that the order was supposed to ship today. It is now 3:00pm and I have received any shipping confirmation. I have again asked for the confirmation and I am waiting. I needed the breaker for a startup on Tuesday, July 30 but now I am not sure if I will have the unit to meet this schedule.

I worked with Bob. He was very nice and knowledgeable of the breaker I needed. Because of the friendly people you have I will be calling you first. I placed my order Thursday and received it Friday ! Great turn around time. Then installed on Saturday and tested. All perfect. A first time great experience. Roger Smith, Hometown Security and Electric.

I stared on the morning and by 4pm did not get any clear answer, I was told that I can order the part and was going to be bill thru pay pal, I never got any such conecction I wasted a whole day for nothing.

We have been using Southland Electrical for a couple years now. They have the BEST customer service anyone could ask for. Products are always in great condition. If you are looking for hard to find items, the people at Southland are great at finding them. They are second to none in the knowledge department! Super fast shipping as well! Thanks for all you do for us!

I used your online search engine to find the Zinsco breaker that I needed. While the online site was a bit confusing, the helpful "chat" aided me in finding the correct price for the product. Ordering online was also difficult to understand as there was no "cart" or order online button to follow. So the gentleman (Chun) on the chat helped me and also informed me I could call in. I called in and was transfered 3 times and told each person the same thing before finally getting to a man who told me the part I was requesting was not in stock. However, Chun online told me there were 3. When I mentioned this to the guy on the phone he said "Then would Chun like to come down here and find the part for me!" Which I found to be extremely rude. There was more passing the phone around (at least 2 more times) and finally a lady helped me by confirming that there was 3 in stock and then she also helped to place my order over the phone and she was by far the most pleasant of all the individuals I talked to. I do like the fact that you can order over the phone, I just feel customer service is lacking and that no one should ever tell a customer to see if another employee would like to "come down here and find it" Very rude and unprofessional. This was MY first experience with Southland Electrical, but not my company's first time. I wouldn't say it was a "WOW" experience.

I was amazed at how simple it was to search and order a product from Southland Electrical. That I was able to talk to a live person to work out the details and get the info I needed was great.
However, being a US Postal employee, it was critical that these same people listened to my needs and ship my equipment through USPS overnight. I was assured this was no problem. This is where they failed me. After four days I am waiting on the UPS truck to drive up with my delivery. Not good.
