I ordered a new circuit board for my Sundance Spa on Monday and received it on Wednesday. This was with STANDARD shipping (also free). While it was being processed, I had an installation question. I emailed spaandpoolstore.com and got a professional answer in less than an hour. My spa is now up and running perfectly! The wife is happy!! I wasn't really happy about spending $400 to fix my spa (not their fault), but for $400 dollars I got the spa up and running with SUNDANCE parts. This experience was one of the best ever, and I will definitely be doing business with them again. THANKS spaandpoolstore.com !!! GREAT SERVICE all around .....

I have been using spaandpoolstore to purchase spa chemicals for quite a while now. They have a large assortment to choose from that are from many different manufacturers. I find these are offered at a good price compared to other sellers and like the free shipping they offer. The shipping is very fast and the orders are accurate. I have had an error in an order only once, which was corrected immediately at no cost to me. Kudos!!. After many years of owning a hot tub I find I like the SpaGuard brand a lot for the sanitizers and chemical PH.

I ordered a part for my 2001 caprio sundance spa. It was a wrap around pillow. I received the part and tried it it was completely the wrong pillow. It did not even come close to the actual part (pillow) I sent an email to them the next day. They told me that the part that I had ordered was no longer made by Sundance spas so either I can return it I of course pay the return shipping or i can modify it. I sent them a response that This was not my error that they should have known that Sundance no longer made this pillow, Therefore I requested that they send me a prepaid label and requested a full refund again they sent me an email saying pay shipping costs or modify it. This is terrible. This is fraud. They knowingly sold me a part that they knew would not fit my tub. Terrible customer Service , there is no number to contact anyone to talk too. The other problem is that I had already thrown away the older pillow so now I have nothing.

I was working with Sarah about some missing in shipment PH down baqua product. Never got a final answer. sent her pics that she asked for. Now I have a Water-Wand filter cleaner i got on order order yhst-32356469092822-86728

I placed my order on a Thursday evening and within an hour they had already sent me an email stating that my order had shipped and gave me my FedEx tracking number. It took five days to get it, but that was over a weekend and they are in San Diego, CA and I am in Wylie, TX, so I suppose that isn't too bad. Their prices are equal to or better than others that I checked and their website was easy to navigate. Shipping was free since I spent over $90. I was also able to save 7% with a promotion code from RetailMeNot.com.
