Purchased some parts from them on 31 Aug 2019 . No Parts were delivered, 2 weeks later I tried to contact them 2 times to cancel the order. Had to go through my bank to get my money back . They are a scam. Not ever sure they have anyone working. DO NOT BUY from SpaParts123.

I ordered a part for my hot tub. It took the company 11 days to ship the part. The shipping method was the cheapest available , which is going to add another 6 days for the part to arrive after placing the order. They do not answer their phone, return phone calls or emails. I suspect that they flip parts. for example ---once an order is received they obtain the part mark it up and then ship out, The return policy is 20% restocking which makes me think they have no stock. This is a shady company, I would not recommend using them.

I ordered a part for our hot tub on July 11 2018.. i called the office or whatever you call it on July 19 to check on my order because I had no update on my E-Mail. Someone answered and said yes your part is Shipped. Today is July 23 I called once again to triple check because I had a gut feeling something wasn't right. Spoke to a lady and she said they couldnt get the part. She said she will talk to bla bla bla. In about 5 minutes from now Im going to text the lady and cancel my order. Always go on you gut feeling. Especially an outfit like these guys.

I just placed my second order with them, another great experience. I LOVE the fact I can enter my spa's model & serial number on their website in my account so they always know what I have, no more unscrewing 7 screws to drop my panel for the info again. They also have a phone number so I can call and talk to parts, all these damn pillows look alike.

I received an invoice a few minutes after I hung up. It was as good as it gets

I ordered 3 spa pillows and a set of light covers. 2 of the pillows and the light covers were fine, but one pillow was defective, with no mounting clip and holes in the front side.
I immediately emailed them asking to exchange the part, they quickly responded with a request for a picture of the defective item, which I sent the next day. It has now been almost a month, with me sending several additional emails and voice mails and sending them a message directly on their site without hearing another word from the company on returning the item or getting a replacement. They have not even replied as to whether or not they received the pictures.
I would not recommend anyone do business with this company. If

Ordered pillows it took 38 days and me emailing everyday for the last week to get them and i dont think i wouldve got them if i hadnt kept trying to reach them.
