I made a purchase through sprout however did not want to be charged for an annual membership. I emailed the team straight after my purchase and advised them of this and it was resolved with no fuss in a manner of days. Whilst i believe the option to cancel the subscription should be available in your sprout account, it was easy enough to email and correspond with Annabelle.
I will make sure the money does not come out of my account when the subscription was meant to start.

We recently purchased a $15 bottle of essential oil. It arrived. One month later our credit card was debited over $50 and for what we do not know. We tried contacting the company (there is NO contact phone number for them so we had to email) several times and surprise surprise, no response. We have forwarded the matter to the bank to investigate. Sprout Market is dodgy. Deal with them at your peril...

After one order they went and charged me and annual membership fee of $59.95. I did not authorise this payment and got no notification of this until I was looking at my bank statement. No contact number available only email. It is scary that they can store card details and use at their own free will. DO NOT SHOP here. Unethical and poor trading standards. I have requested a full refund.

I made a purchase as a non member and they automatically signed me up as a member and will charge the fee next month without my permission. Am attempting to cancel, but so far have had a copy and pasted reply saying how good they are and are yet to cancel my membership. Do not trust them with your details and instead go to a reputable seller. Will be reporting this shoddy company to the ACCC.

I have used Sprout for a year now and have found their prices always competitive, and the delivery advice as well as timing is spot on. Not to mention the convenience of having it delivered so I don't have to drive across town to the health food shop.

I would never go back, I have cancelled my trial period long before expiry, but was still charged $59.95 membership fee and then was charged another two small amounts, one for $1.00 and another of $0.89...I believe what these people doing is theft and it is not worth the discount you receive when you join the trial.

I have ordered from this business 3 times all taking longer than the advised shipping dates then twice items have been missing and in my last and final order an item was missing and a kombucha bottle broke ruining the items I had actually received.

I promptly tried to get in touch with Sprout Market but they don't have a phone number?
(Terrible way to try and run a business!!)
So I had to settle for an email asking for my membership refund as it was only paid a few days prior. After 3 business days no response I received an automated email from Sprout Market stating I would be receiving a $2 refund. That doesn't even cover the cost of the missing or damaged item (I'm still yet to receive the $2). So I message again on the Sprout Market website, again ignoring my message. Then I tried messaging on facebook still nothing.

Do not waste your time with this incompetent and inconsiderate company!

Paid 75 for my product on Friday 15 Sep and they say 1 to 3 working days and today is the 4th day and item not shipped with no reply.

I accidentally signed up for a year's membership. Due to ill health I didn't rescind this membership within the allotted time. When I explained this to Sprout they were sympathetic with my situation and provided me with a prompt refund. Thankyou Sprout!!

I ordered two tubs of protein powder and when I made the payment it did not state any other chargers than the two tubs I ordered.

Three days later my credit card was charged for a extra fee, which turned out to be a membership fee I didn't sign for. No receipt or notification sent to me.

I took screenshots and emailed the company requesting a refund and stated I did not authorize this charge.I got response which they stated that I had ticked the membership option, but howcome it was nowhere mention on the init ial receipt then, nor added to the total cost of the order??? And the charged separately three days later on my credit card.
They promised to refund the payment which I am currently waiting to appear on my account.

When I ordered, I knew there would be a 3 day delay before stock arrived in the store so it could be sent to me. I'm thrilled that I received my order in 3 working days!!! Very thrilled with my box of goodies which was well packed and will be using Sprout Market again. I chose them because they had all the products I wanted and were the least expensive. Thank you Sprout Market!

I have been a regular online shopper at Sprout Market for over a year now. The reasons are simple - prices are competitive, wide variety of stock, option for free delivery, and delivery is very efficient. I highly recommend this online health shop and membership to anyone who loves quality service and food ...but without the price tag!

I made a purchase on this website only to find I was charged a $59.95 Membership fee a month later. This was not authorised. The website indicates you have 30 days to try the site but doesn't stipulate that you'll automatically be charged a fee if you don't contact them. Fraudulent practices. Beware! I've contacted them demanding a full refund. Currently being given the run-around.

I don't appreciate having to pay a yearly membership to shop on this site. You don't have to pay to shop at Myer at the stocktake sale or anywhere else on line.
Not a good idea.

I have sent 3 requests over the past 2 weeks on an order I mistakenly put through to cancel it before it got shipped. I got a response AFTER it was shipped then was told I should've contacted them before it went out (which were those 3 requests). Subsequently they referred me to their "Concerns" team who did not contact me for a further 2 weeks before I reached out again. The next customer service person who contacted me accused me of not contacting them early enough before the order went out.
It's a great concept but very poorly executed. I would have given the team another chance being a new setup but accusing their customers of being incompetent leaves a sour taste.

This is a start up company that charges $60 a year to buy from them they will be a finished up company if it stays like that good luck at getting your $60 back that they take out of your account without you knowing.

I placed an order with them last month and goods arrived in good time - no problems there. Then this month I notice another payment go off on my credit card - this time not authorised . I have reported this but now I have to go through the hassles of cancelling my card and start the process to get my money back . This is inexcusable they should not retain credit card details and then use my card ' by mistake'

I ordered 2 packs of tea, it arrived with out any problems, i though this was good but i have now been charged an extra amount $59.95 far more than the cost of the tea, I'm not happy about this at all, its not worth it, be very careful that you don't get scammed out of money as well.

I have been inundated with ads from Sprout Market listing items which I have recently bought. How they have access to this information is beyond me. Whether this company has access to items I have purchased on my card or whether they are retrieving this information from some other source, there is no consent, and this is an invasion of privacy.
