Easy-to-use service, very useful in Brighton - mobile site could be a bit better considering most people will most likely be using it on the mobile.

對旅人來說找地方寄放行李是常常需要的，在倫敦寄放行李的地方非常難找，而且非常貴，但CityStasher真的是方便又便宜，而且無後顧之憂????

I gave it a three out of five because we never could find the storage location. And nobody in the area knew about it, or where it was. But, they were nice enough to refund our money with no hassles.

We stayed in Rome for a few hours before taking the train to Bracciano. Booking and paying was simple, and everything worked perfectly at the store.

My hotel said that I had to use your service because I needed to STASH overnight and stated the overnight fee. We then booked the service and were charged an overnight and hourly fee. The hourly fee was even more because we identified a much later arrival than expected just in case. If same day stashing doesn't cost anything then a hourly fee for 7pm versus 3pm pickup doesn't make sense.

After checking out of an Airbnb in the morning, we needed to leave a week’s worth of luggage, as we weren’t catching a train until the evening. Stasher was easy to use, offered a good selection of places to choose from and made it easy to check in and pay online. The staff at the hub we used were really efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will use again next time we’re in London.

Easy to find, quick process to check luggage in, really nice staff who waited past the closing time as we were late for 10 mins, close to victoria station.

I learned how to use Stasher at one hotel .Receptionist was very patient and helpful. Walked a few minutes to the hotel Stasher that had room for my backpack. Again a very helpful receptionist.I will definitely use Stasher again.

An excellent service that allowed a group of us to leave full rucksacs and bags in a hotel adjacent to the train station in Paris and explore the Tour de France preparations unhampered. Highly recommended as it allowed us to book and pay on line and amend as required once at the venue.

I was seeing a play at London's County Hall which has no cloakroom, so needed somewhere to store my luggage. My Stasher location was the Premier Inn next door, so super convenient. Booked no problem, staff were helpful at hotel and provided me with tickets to identify my luggage after, which is always reassuring. No issues picking my items up after.

Our train left Euston at 5pm so we really wanted somewhere to leave our heavy bags whilst we enjoyed our final day in London. I booked Stasher in the morning and the online process was extremely simple. Although a bit apprehensive at first from using a service like this for the first time (just from leaving your belongings behind) but I was reassured by the fact that the Premier Inn had partnered with Stasher. I needn't have been worried, we arrived at the Premier Inn and it was seamless. They knew about our booking, took some personal details and took our bags from us. We had a great bag-free day, which was a must when it was as hot as it was. It really made it 10x better not having to heave heavy bags around. For such a reasonable price too, £6 per backpack compared to £12 per bag at Euston. The drop off point was an easy ten minute walk from Euston so we just picked them up and made it in plenty of time for our train. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

The concept is excellent and once booked it was easy to drop off and pick up our luggage and helped us make the most of our last day in London. Our bags were in a secure location and we felt confident even leaving the hand luggage with the valuables ( camera iPad etc). Only negative is that The website for booking was hard to navigate and it took far longer to book than it should have done.

Moyen:
La personne a l'accueil ne savait pas que nous devions arriver et nous a fait comprendre initialement que cet afflux de bagage l'ennuyait.
La zone de stockage est en sous sol accessible par un escalier étroit.
Pour le reste, le lieu a l'air très sympa et on peut y prendre un verre, ce qui est bien pratique.
