They are spotless n clean, they only charge you for storage (no silly sly hidden charges like for your lock or insurance for instance - even if you want it or not in some places) there is a room to get tea/coffee free of charge and facilities for heating somrthing to eat and you can have access to your locker 24/7 . It's just a really good cheap (defo not nasty) place to store whatever it is your storing. I'd defo use them again if I needed to.

good day, your company staff is really good and helpful but bad that there is no loading ramp to the truck for 24 hours.

Mis sold to me regarding unit then strung me along with a pack of lies for two months to get extra rent out of me. Store manager couldn't care less and couldn't communicate over anything but money. Complained to regional manager 4 days ago who said the company don't offer what they advertise and hasn't replied since. Really bad communicators, really bad liars and really bad service.

friendly, efficient staff, can't give 5 stars because of broken light fitting unresolved whole time we rented which meant unit very hard to see inside and consequently dangerous - reported 3 times.

Shortage of trolleys often due to individuals standing about with 2 or 3 full trolleys and doing nothing with them.
Also need parking restrictions to get other users away from the loading doors

Ticked all the boxes, better rates than any other local storage, insurance included, mail address included, entry 24 hours, free WiFi , free tea & coffee facilities, work stations and free meeting room. I looked around and you just can’t beat it. The staff are great and very helpful. Also loads of parking so never a problem to load/ unload. They even have a free van and driver for the first collection of whatever you’re storing.

Moving two homes one UK other Ireland. Logistical and time scale nightmare. However, good communication skills and patience found a solution. Price not bad either.

The store is near a motorway easy to access day or night and the guys were friendly the first 3 months at half price is very helpful too

I would recommend store first self storage service I found them very helpful the only thing for me was my unit was at the back near the bottom on the ground floor it could do with a bit more lighting, but otherwise good.
