I had to cancel the holiday booked on account of the outside steps(14) my 80 year old wife could not do that every day of the week.
The gentleman I spoke to sent me a suitable list of apartments, I booked one. The whole problem was sorted and booked whine 20 mins.
I am hoping very a reasonable settlement om my first booking

Wanted to go to Wales, asked Internet which answered STS.Nice website easy to use,,2 or 3 clics later made a booking.Due to transportation mishaps ,had to change it.Asked for guidance to STS which swiflty proposed alternative bookings.
STS has a gret website with well tuned mails efficiently operated by dedicated staff.
Had less trouble dealing with STS site than with communicating with the HR department of the firm I work for.

Very easy to use all self explanatory,
Booked on a Sunday main office not open but next day I had email and confirmation

Replied to my phone call & I dealt with a lovely woman called Gwen who was very pleasant & helpful with my booking when she checked my details &I found we had been with them before &I I will recommend sts to my friends

We have booked holidays with STS Holidays for a number of years now and have always found the staff helpful, professional and efficient. We had problems one year and everything was done to help us. We would definitely recommend STS Holidays to anyone thinking of holidaying in Porthmadog.

I booked online and on New Year's Eve when I guess there were several staff absences, yet by booking was acknowledged & confirmed with minimal delay.
