Still didn't receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number until 7/24. At that time a shipping label was generated, but have been checking tracking number for three business days and package still hasn't been transferred to USPS for actual shipment. It's now 7/27, two weeks after the initial order confirmation, and package has not shipped to my address.
Moral of the story is: Look out if you're on a schedule. These folks are in no hurry.

I entered all my cars information into the website. All I needed was a battery replacement. I had called the dealership before and gotten the exact parts number beforehand. The website couldn't tell me if the part would fit or not. I used both vehicle description as well as the VIN number. I contacted Customer service via chat. They said I would need to contact CS through email. I write a simple email outlining my concerns that I can't confirm that the battery will fit and about whether I'll be eligible for a refund if the battery doesn't fit.
They reply back with this brilliant little gem:
"Hello,
Thank you for contacting us. The Parts Specialist reviewed your inquiry and provided the following information;
Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm your inquiry. We would suggest contacting your local dealership or local mechanic.
thank you
Sincerely,
Customer Service Department"
Why even bother. The email is also a "noreply" address so you can't even respond to it even it was a positive. So they're purposely avoiding direct contact with their customers.
I go back to the chat: I lay out what just happened; I am ignored for over 10 minutes. I close out the chat. 5 minutes later, I get an email telling me she didn't know if a battery was an electronic part and couldn't confirm if I could get a refund for it.
I got back to the chat: I get a different person. I lay out what just happened. I am finally informed that a battery is an electronic component and is not eligible for a refund if it doesn't fit my car. He then tells me I could email the parts department; which I find suspicious, they're a parts seller, their entire business is a parts department; but it would take 1-2 business days. I say: "I have a week until pay day. I can wait a day or two". He replies: "Correct". What is that supposed to mean?
I just gave up after that. I don't care if other places are more expensive this place is just plain more trouble than they're worth.
Why does the parts compatibility feature on the website not work? Don't know.
