Horrible and rude staff. Ordered through Ebay buy it now price. They claimed they made a pricing error and I was SOL oh but have a 20 % of LAME. They further claimed that they talked to Ebay and were in the right which was a complete lie after I called and spoke with Ebay. They next told me it was my fault as I should have known the price was too good to be true. Really their pricing was not my responsibility? Get real. The guy I spoke to was rude abrasive and a just truly a not nice person. I am shocked that a company that I have dealt with for years would decide to treat their customers like this. I have been using Ebay and Summit Racing for a long time and I have never dealt with ethics like this before. Very disappointed in their staff and ethics. Shady shady people.

Just at quick kudos to Summit's customer service crew. They really went above and beyond to take care of an issue with a product on my current project. I can not tell you have much I appreciate them taking the time to listen to the special circumstance surrounding the issue and making a final decision based on customer service versus simply hiding behind a company policy. While rep was polite at (+1 330-359-1337) I ask for some options as there were a few,, there alse were an assortment of products to install and better than a grand worth of parts I needed and was able to messege jexxs and was offered 2 options , supporting part numbers , question I had about ceramic headers and hardware I bought as I was impressed with the service and if I can't get the summit rep to talk I'm sure if I had a problem that would be no fun to deal with.. it is just a toy I'm sinking 10 grand in so no worries, I have a way to work. Needless to say the 600 dollars in my cart I won't be ordering. These folks don't need your business so don't ask much of them. I founded the company I'm with 3 1/2 decades ago and I learned long ago for every bis that don't care to help you there's a dozen that will. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. First of failed to refund me then give me these lame reasons how i recieved my refund but yet eBay PayPal and my credit card company see nothing. Talking to customer service is like place an order at mc Donald’s never know what forgetful moron will answer your call

I ask them to price match rock auto it was only a 4 dollar difference was getting 2 items the sales guy started talking about shipping cost with rock auto I was getting over 100 dollars with summit but the items I wanted matched from rock auto was 16 59 there and like 20.49 at summit I was getting 2 . He said he would have to add rockauto shipping price . Well if I was only getting the 2 items from one store or the other the shipping was 9.99 at each store But since I qualified for free ship for over 100 dollars with summit total was like 118.00 He said well I would have to add ther shipping cost I said hell with it I will get at rockauto It says price match nothing about shipping screw summit To many other places to by and there shipping is never on time or has a long delay just look for youself many items will not even ship for several weeks and if they say in stock it still ships from someplace else and is late

Wow! These reviews are unbelievable I've had nothing but a great experience with this company, & at first when they didn't put my apt.# on the order & ups could not deliver I was upset, but the supervisor Jerry called me & apologized & he was great after that I ordered a set of power stop brakes which did not work out called them & said send the brakes back mind you I had used them for about two weeks they said they would give me a full refund & they did. Because of this great customer service I bought another set of powerstop brakes & they are excellent. Thx summit racing

Several yrs ago I purchased a wilwood drum to disk conversion kit through summit racing for my 1966 F100 2 wheel drive pickup with a Ford 9-inch rear end. I was on the phone with the salesman from summit for a good 45-90 minutes where he kept putting me on hold calling wilwood brakes to confirm the part that I needed. I wanted drum to disc matching disc brakes on all four of my truck wheels. The next year I called in to purchase the front drum to disc conversion kit where I was informed that they do not sell or make a kit for my truck / model. I ended up doing some research which The summit racing tech should have done for me being I was on hold so many times for so long and after my research I found master power MP made a bolt on kit for my truck. Ifinally got around to installing the front drum to disc Master power drum to disc conversion kit. It was a sweet bolt-on system it is worth every penny! I got around to finally trying install the rear wilwood under disc conversion kit where I come to find out it's the wrong offset! So I was hoping to just exchange the brand new kit (still in the box in a brand new packaging open one time) and I was informed by summit and wilood that they would not help me because it was too old and it was no longer in their system, yet the kit was still in the packaging and all I wanted to do was exchange it for the one that would work for me. They pretty much both told me to take a flying leap and would not stand behind their own product. Summit racing offered me a little bit of a discount if I would have purchased the kit that I needed LOL unbelievable

Provided and also told on the phone shipping delivery dates all about a week late! So much for that 3k go to jegs they actually have knowledge in engines and that general department the summit people can't do there own oil change I'm sure plus there rude if ya do ask a question

i own an automotive company and regularly do orders from summit and have for years, sometimes large orders! recently i was blocked from my account due to a screen that said suspicious activity. in the meantime i made an order from jegs because time was an issue. i sent a mail to them a week later to have it released. never heard anything. i called and got someone tonight at customer service 1/27/20 at around 9;30. i gave her all the information to clear this bogus hold and was informed i hadnt done anything wrong, it just happens sometimes. then she wanted me to go through this long page to identify myself to which i told her i didnt have that kind of time. i told her everything she needed to identify me from phone numbers and addresses to accounts and she still wanted me to go this process. i told her i didnt have the time to complete it right now and i would have no choice but to order from jegs again. at that point she was rude and short and basically told me oh well! thats where my problem lies! i am a business and i spend alot more with this company than the average mechanic. i have had problems in the past where i was told a differential would be here in a week to 10 days, and took 2 months from the manufacturer. i was even ok with that, thankfully my hotrod customer was understading. what i dont like is being treated like shes doing me a favor by allowing me to spend my money there. i even felt like i went above and beyond to try to get this resolved. she was not helpful in trying to find a solution and her story changed several times along the way. this seems to be an all too familiar story of american big business. they start out big, very helpful and very good customer service then it turns in to a money machine that really doesnt care if you buy or not. there are other options out there, jegs, speedway, etc and i will search for a company that appreciates customers and service better than what i was shown at summit. motorsports in this country has been taking a major hit, you guys arent immune!

I ordered pushrods for my LS conversion. I ordered the incorrect pushrods. Summit said, return them, once we receive them we will exchange for the correct pushrods. 30+ days later and no pushrods, no communication, just dead in the water. I called Summit customer service to see what the status was. Summit stated that the pushrods were in fact returned and that they were holding my refund for absolutely no reason at all. Summit says "We are really sorry about this, would you like us to send out the pushrods you ordered?".

Beware! do not use summit racing , the representative did not put my apartment number when I clearly told him because he repeated it back to me. How I found out is when I checked the email , so I called back & spoke with a representative who said he would call ups & fedex & told me he did get them to put the address on, so come time for delivery no package so I called ups & they informed me that there was no apartment # so they couldn't deliver the package unbelievable. I finally did get the ups order delivered now I waiting on the fedex order. Please do not deal with them they are very messy.

Ordered a part on the 14 call them a week later to see where it was they said it will be there in a week so I called them back a week later and they said it will be two months later I'm canceled my orders and they better refunded my money back they said it would take about a week to get it so I will be check my account to see if they do it if not I'm going to contact my lawyer so my advice is to all of you don't order nothing from summit racing it's a ripoff,,,

I only received half my order. called to find out why and they said they didn't know but they would refund it. I ordered the replacement parts, but of course some were out of stock or had be replaced by more expensive parts. I never got a refund for one item. I called three times and had nothing but rude interactions with employees that seemed to not care at all. After a week of trying, I placed a charge back with my credit card company, just for the single item I wasn't refunded for. fast forward several months and I decide (against my better judgement) to make another purchase with them. I get a call from their customer service the next day, the woman was extremely rude from the start. she told me "I guess I'll just eat the $21 from your charge back, but if you do it again we won't sell to you again". I told her to go ahead and cancel the order, I'll purchase from somewhere else.

Poor service when you call make sure you grab a drink it will take forever on hold times over 30 min. then they give you a attuide . they charged my card even thou i didn't buy the product then told me to wait 3 to 5 business days for there mistake . Called spoke to bridget she them put me on hold for another 20 min. then jeremy argued with me about the matter .. attitudes to say the least . You have a choices where you spend your money ....

I'm an international buyer with Summit for years. Last couple of order I had problems with : - the credit card being refused despite the card was confirmed to be ok by the bank. - shipping : I paid for shipping and the import charges, VAT etc to be included in the payment. Upon receiving the package I had to pay it again. I sent several times an email to Summit to get my money for the import VAT etc back, but still no response. Customer service used to respond very quickly but since 2019 their service has really declined. I will not order from them again despite having been a years long customer.

Called for rear Harley tire. Got price of 301.95. Found same tire at JP cycles with free shipping for 219.45. Told me if I called back with sight they'd price match. He also said I have 11 in stock would you like me to pull you one. Said I'd call right back. 5 minutes later they said they couldn't price match cause there were none in stock. Don't lie just say you don't want to price match. Lost my business!

I purchased a set of brake calipers that when I received them were used. I tried to return them and they blamed me for installing them! I had to fight for my refund. Jump ahead and I ordered the wrong leveling kit for my truck. Set up the return. Paid for the shipping back and guess what.... they are denying this return as it "doesn't meet their expectations!" Shop elsewhere. This place is a total scam looking to take advantage of its consumers.

Date: 7/15/20 1:30 pm...I have been on hold now for over 46 minutes!! Pathetic. I was told to send receipt by "Sierra" for a crank re-balance job after finding a defective crank. Invoice was sent via email on Tuesday, 6/9/20 @ 12:17 pm. I have not heard one thing from them. Pathetic service

I special ordered a cam for my hot rod after 45 minutes they assured me it would be sent out that next Monday. 8 days after it was supposed to be shipped I received a email ot had been shipped after one salesman and purchase agent assured me that it would be sent out that next Monday so my take is they will lie to get your business.
